Alles was our destination for the afternoon that day, a very bucolic scenic route from Las Arenas, fantastic landscape, hardly a car and plenty of beautiful Asturian cattle grazing in the moutain pastures. An idyllic discovery trip to the beautiful village of Alles where it felt like having a drink. So we enterred La Bolera, a spacious local bar that also dubs as a small convenience shop in one corner. The sort of place that has seen decades passing by at its own slow pace. We wanted to try some of the regional cider and the matriarch of the establishment, naturally had some. A bottle for 3 euros, a nice packet of crisps to go with it and it seemed time had stopped for a short while. Very enjoyable. The cider was of the unfiltered type and very dry.

Un clásico bar-tienda vinagre aceite del siglo pasado. Personal muy amable y no olviden pedir Vermut. Lo preparan con mucho cariño...
