Decathlon Tortosa

On a roadtrip from Portugal to the Netherlands one of the air mattresses we were using stopped holding air inside. The lovely Maria went out of her way to help us sleep better for the rest of the nights and we are very grateful. A raise or more paid vacations to Maria, please! And if you ever need advice or help regarding camping gear, she will surely offer the best! ❤ Moltes Gràcies Maria

I was served by a young lady, name Zule. Zule is an expert on the bikes section. Although she was extremely busy repairing bikes, she dropped everything to help me in the shop. I needed for my bike inner tubes, new handles and new pedals. Zule helped me find everything, as well as recommending from her own expertise. She then went onto fitting everything I bought. Zule explained that cycling is a passion, that explains her excellent customer service and knowledge when it comes to bikes. On a more superficial note, Zule was very well presented, she looked very smart and I was fascinated by her beautiful nails , which had a fresh French manicure, I was fascinated because Zule is technically a bike mechanic. Thank you very much Zule, I will travel to decathlon tortosa again just be be served by you. Also thank you to the man and woman on the tills, very friendly, attentive and helpful.
All the workers in general looked very happy, I would like to think that decathlon looks after them.
