Hotel is great, has air conditioner, breakfast is delicious and bedrooms super comfortable. Silvia saved me helping me get a room last minute and she was genuinely very kind and helpful. Delighted with my stay

Simply an amazing hotel! Too bad it didn't have a restaurant for dining in. But rooms were amazing and staff was helpful and friendly!

Even though we didn’t stay at the hotel, the ladies at the reception promptly assisted with our request for help. They were effective in helping us contact my establishment and even plans for us to be picked up. Such professionalism is highly commendable. I am sure this speaks volume on the level of quality service rendered to their guests. We will certainly book a stay at the hotel on our next trip!

A lovely cosy hotel. Was greeted by a very friendly staff. Breakfast at this hotel was one of the best during my trip in Spain 🇪🇸.

Superb, relatively new (inaugurated in 2018) family owned purpose built & modern Hotel for pilgrims. Excellent addition to Portomarín's accommodation scene.

Reception and service are excellent. Rooms ate spatious. Beds large & comfy and foam pillows are great. Bathroom fantastic & shower so good too.

They have other services like spa faculty, chill out areas in first floor terrace and bar/breakfast area.The views are lovely. Those that have evening meal included get sent to a good local restaurant, Casa Pérez.

I loved staying here. My daughter arrived sick and Laura at front desk was very helpful getting me taxi to go to clinic, offering support any way she could. It is very pretty, clean, excellent service and extremely helpful and friendly staff. Definitely recommend.

Staff, rooms and breakfast were excellent!
Front desk ladies were very helpful with tips about were to go in town. I would like to thank Silvia (receptionist.) She personally persuaded a physical therapist to open earlier and see me. Without her help, I wouldn’t be able to walk today!

Staff lovely, rooms modern clean and comfortable. Breakfast delicious. My daughter and I stayed here during our Camino pilgrimage. The granola and fresh pineapple-fabulously fresh and good coffee!

Attentive staff responded quickly to my emails prior to our visit and were equally helpful when we arrived.

Great breakfast: yogurt, fresh pineapple, bread, coffee, tea, cheese, watermelon, on and on. Breakfast was from 7-10 AM and was included in our room price.

We enjoyed spending some time on the terrace on the first floor. Great location for the Camino. Close to all the restaurants and stores on the main Street in town.

Didn’t take it vantage of the use of the spa. What would perhaps do so next time! Highly recommend this place.

Awesome hotel, stayed here our first night on the camino. Staff is super friendly they were even rooting for me as I walked up the hill. Rooms are big and comfy. Air conditioning works great. Did not eat breakfast there but it looked amazing. Would stay again.

The rooms are great, location amazing but it is the staff that adds to the special touch. They are helpful and excellent at what they do.

Excellant Hotel. Warm friendly welcome when we arrived. The reception staff were brillant. Breakfast was very good and a great location. The hotel was exceptional clean.

To see this vision in white at the top of the steps after 6 plus hours hiking was heaven sent.
Very welcoming staff who helped to orientate us to the town including where to get a multi region charger.
Rooms spotless. There's an amazing looking hydra therapy Spa for a little extra.

Great hotel right in the heart of everything. Room was exquisite. My only complaint was I could hear the other guests. It gets 5 start because I was given the closest room after long hike.

The hotel was very central and right behind the big 'Portomarin' sign, which was the first thing we saw in the town when we arrived, after walking more than 22kms! The room was very spacious, clean and comfortable and the bathroom was beautiful and large with a double shower and very clean. There was a nice selection for breakfast.

Perfect for a stopover walking the Camino de Santiago. Ideally placed as you walk into Portomarin. Very clean and comfortable with a nice breakfast selection. Highly recommended.

Great place. I thought the electricity was out in my room but it turns out you have to put your room key into a slot just inside the door to get the power on. Excellent staff here. Your gonna want this place if you walk here from Sarria. It's just at the top of the torture stairs on the Camino.

What a great comforting place after a long hike today. Clean spare lines make me think of a Scandinavian Hotel. Warm and welcoming staff provided great Hospitality at the lobby bar where we are allowed to bring in snacks and share a bottle of wine. Would highly recommend for Pellegrino's on the Camino
