Camping Galdona

One of the best places we stayed on our trip. We had a plot with sea views which was lovely to wake up to.

Super cheap shuttle runs to the 2 nearby beaches a few times a day. We went to Mutriku and had a great day on the beach and around the historic village.

The campsite has a lovely cafe / bar with fresh baked pastries and breads for the morning and a good playground for the kids. Toilet blocks are good.

The owner (Spanish speaking only) and his daughter (good English speaking) were great. They're always charging around helping people and were a big help to us swapping a propane bottle and providing the fittings.

Great place.

We had a pitch inside the camping and it was just perfect. This is the kind of place that makes you want to stay and forget about time. Friendly, clean. If it wasn’t for the 1200 km’s we had to drive we’d come here every weekend!

We came without reservation in mid August and got a spot with nice view on the sea.
Lovely, even if at some places, bit steep walk of about 30 min to close by town of Mutriku.

I was in my Kombi so I was able to park at the side with amazing views. Facilities were adequate, staff friendly and the food smelt really good!

Great find, last minute thing and so glad we found it, great location and larger plots for are motorhome ,all the staff are very polite and seem to run this site very well (family run) Maria speaks very good English and has been very helpful, we were in town with are dog's and we called Maria for a taxi back and she actually came and picked us up, what else can you say 😀 👍 toilets showers fresh water Ehu grey and black waste and plenty of bins also children's play area and open all year, will definitely be coming back soon 😀

Very nice quiet camping with allocated spaces for campervans. We arrived around midday and there were plenty of places. The owners are very nice and friendly and there is a bar and restaurant. Facilities for emptying grey water. I would definitely come back.

Lovely place with friendly staff. Everything was clean and neat. Wifi works well in the restaurant.

¡Excelente! Estuvimos tres noches con una furgoneta Camper, íbamos con intención de pasar solo un día y nos quedamos más por la tranquilidad del lugar. Tiene todos los servicios y personal muy amable, siempre dispuesto a ayudar.
¡Repetiremos!

Cordiali e precisi nel fornire indicazioni, camping vicinissimo al mare, pulito, bar ben fornito con un mini ristorante annesso, si mangia bene. Un po' di confusione la sera davanti al bar ma è festa! Grazie di todo!

Bonito camping en un entorno espectacular en una tierra maravillosa Euskalerria . Trato inmejorable en recepción. Acceso a playa cerca por camino de monte, llevar calzado adecuado. Aceptan perritos 🐕 ❤. Relación precio calidad excelente, recomendable.

El mejor camping para visitar en verano. Buen ambiente, familiar y súper amables. El personal de recepción un encanto. Bar con menú a buen precio. Las vistas espectaculares.
Un placer, volveremos a repetir otro año!!!!

Nadat we van een overvolle, zeer commerciële camping in Zarautz waren gevlucht 5 minuten na incheck reden we door en kwamen we hier terecht. We werden zeer vriendelijk ontvangen door de eigenaresse van camping Galdona en mochten zelf een fijne plek uitzoeken, met uitzicht op zee! Eigenlijk wilden we na 1 nacht verder reizen maar het beviel ons zo goed dat we 3 dagen zijn gebleven. Heerlijk rustige camping met een goed restaurant en voelden ons zeer welkom. De sanitaire voorzieningen zijn niet nieuw of fancy maar voor ons is dat prima, want het is schoon.

Estancia perfecta, desde el primer momento la encargada nos atendió muy amable, nos dio como obsequio unos cepillos de dientes con pasta por si se nos habían olvidado.
Tiene buen aparcamiento e instalaciones.
La cabaña muy acogedora y todo nuevo, había microondas, neverita y tele. La cama cómoda y
también tiene un sofá cama para una tercera persona.

El camino hasta llegar al camping es un poco malo, porque está en medio del monte y no hay luz, pero es súper tranquilo. Tiene cerca un maxi Día y una gasolinera.

Está perfecto para unas vacaciones tranquilas.

Camping familiar con muy buen ambiente, trato fabuloso... ubicación perfecta y con encanto ,paseo hasta la playa muy cómodo .
Un 10 a la tortilla de los fines de semana .

Bel campeggio con piazzole su erba, una vista molto bella dato che si trova piuttosto in alto! Passeggiate comode per raggiungere le varie bellissime spiagge (Ondarroa, Mutriku...)

Campeggio in cui trovi gentilezza dei proprietari e bellezza del luogo. Consigliatissimo a chi vuole una pausa relax. La spiaggia è raggiungibile in 15 minuti a piedi attraverso il bosco e credo sia una delle più belle baie della costa basca. Torneremo di sicuro. Sia noi adulti che i bambini siamo stati benissimo. Anche il ristorante del campeggio è super buono ( detto da una buongustaia come me).

Das ist mir auch noch nicht passiert. Nicht nur das man uns auf diesem Campingplatz höchst hilfsbereit bei einer Reifenpanne zur Seite stand. Man ist auch noch für den neuen Pneu in Vorkasse gegangen damit ich am Ende alles mit Karte bezahlen kann. Als ich dann etwas Trinkgeld (zumindest für die Fahrerei mit dem Reifen) loswerden wollte hat man sich strikt verweigert und mich statt dessen mit Geschenken bedacht. Selbstgemachte Feigen- u. Brombeermarmelade und selbst eingelegte Peperoni.😍
Wir waren alle begeistert!
