Stayed here and ate dinner and breakfast and everything was perfect. Best salad we’ve had all Camino! Rooms were very comfortable & quiet, great pillows & beds and the most luxurious towels, plus amazing views. Lots of small details taken into consideration to make a guest’s stay that much nicer. French omelette for breakfast was cooked to perfection and their coffee is great also. Beyond all, incredibly kind people working here

We stayed here for a night and it was wonderful. Had a private room which was very comfortable. Dinner was amazing. The house salad was the best I’ve had on the Camino so far. So so tasty! Breakfast was delicious too. All the staff was super friendly and helpful. H from Greece ;)

Open at 7 for breakfast. 5 stars for the view out the back! The tortilla was a bit overdone. Very nice little shop as well with souvenirs and Camino supplies

Customer service is excellent. My room had a beautiful view with balcony. Everything was perfect. Highly recommend!

I stopped here after a torrential downpour on the Camino and the staff could not have been nicer. The restaurant has hot tea in every iteration from mint to Earl grey, the prices are reasonable, the interior is warm and welcoming and a great place to shake off the rain. Do not go across the street to the first alburgue on the right. Go here. Two stamps happily offered for Cruz de Ferro.

Very clean place, great welcoming staff. Excellent menu for 13 Euro with different choices. I loved the velux window on the roof. Never seen so many stars in my whole life so… 5 stars

Likely to be my favourite Albergue on my whole Camino. Pleasant rooms & the friendliest place I've been to. Fantastic service and nice food with many more options than anywhere else on the Way. The owners work so hard and still nothing was ever an issue. I wish them the best.

Vegan food! Vegan hamburger and vegan lentil-soup! Delicious and super filling! Super friendly and helpful staff, awesome view, great for any pilgrim! The food my friends had was delicious as well they said!

Wonderful lunch stop after morning climb. Delicious and fresh home cooked food and lovely friendly service. Great view from front and back terraces and good shop inside to stock up on snacks and essentials. Highly recommended!

Charming rustic rooms, modern bathroom, spectacular views, well stocked shop, friendly staff, great food and a lovely bar. Really all you can ask for from a Camino stop. There are two terraces also, one on the Camino side and one at the back with the view. If you sit at the back be prepared for stray cats to wander around you. There are only 4 rooms here so I recommend reserving so you do not miss out.

Great room. Spacious, very well appointed. Wouldn't have expected all of this in a remote town as this. The owners​ were also very welcoming and friendly. The store and restaurant below were also very good and well supplied.

I had the best pilgrims menu of my camino in this restaurant. Especially recommend their “Milhojas de Tomate”, super delicious! Willing to climb up to Foncebadon again just to eat it again.

Staff were absolutely lovely, meals were fabulous. Tostada was the best of the Camino. We had some washing done and it was beautiful and clean and felt like home.

this place is not just a hostal. its a coviron store and a gift shop. it has all the groceries you need and at a good price. it has a selection of dried fruits and nuts you can buy and teas as well. don't overlook this place for supplies. it has a great restaurant as well. the owners speak english and italian as well

This place has good food, friendly staff and a good, strong coffee. I have been there many times. When I ask for a double espresso they actually give me that and not double water only!

Great food at very reasonable prices, it surprised me very positively. The views of the Bierzo mountains from the backyard are stunning as well. Friendly staff!

Location right on the Camino...rooms were very clean...on site restaurant was perfect...

Lovely place, delicious food even vegetarian and vegan! Very friendly service and staff. Will definitely come back, by car maybe 😁
