International travel is more complex than ever. With all the Covid hoops one has to jump through, it’s nice to find a place like this. They truly make you feel like part of their family. Price is good. Food is amazing. Staff is friendly and accommodating. They handle my English cave man grunts and gestures with grace and humor.

Rooms are clean, shower is hot and beds are comfy.

Rooms are typical European. So if you’re used to rooms in the US, there is a slight difference.

Get the desserts in the evening. Incredible. Fish is fresh and are the salads. Seriously, the food is great.

Hope to come back for pleasure rather than business. I want to watch the Bulls run if again!

Very accommodating stay. Room was clean and the staff was attentive. Being a foreigner, the staff was very helpful in teaching me some Basque phrases and overall very polite. I would recommend this place to anyone. Just be mindful of the culture and climate of the region.

Excellent tasty home cooked food. The ambient of the restaurant is quite simple but their food is delicious. Their service is very professional and helpful. An excellent place to have your lunch or dinner after the visit to the town and the birth place of Saint Ignatius.

Un séjour très agréable dans l'ensemble. L'équipe de l'hôtel est accueillante, en particulier Isabelle, qui parle couramment français, anglais et espagnol, facilitant ainsi grandement la communication. Son professionnalisme, sa disponibilité et sa gentillesse ont été remarquables tout au long de mon séjour de deux semaines. De plus, le restaurant de l'hôtel propose une cuisine mettant en valeur des produits régionaux de qualité. Cependant, un léger inconvénient est que les murs des chambres ne sont pas très insonorisés, ce qui peut parfois laisser passer le bruit des voisins. Malgré cela, je recommande vivement cet hôtel pour son ambiance chaleureuse, son personnel attentionné et sa cuisine mettant en valeur les produits locaux

Odalar oldukça büyük, yataklar çok rahat. Çalışanlar çok ilgili ve çok tatlı, sahipleri ve tüm çalışanlar çok iyi insanlar. Restorant kısmı var, yemekleri çok lezzetli. kahvaltı seçeneği gayet yeterli ve lezzetli. bar kısmı oldukça güzel. otopark sıkıntısı yok.

Solo pasamos por el restaurante para cenar alrededor de las 22:00 un viernes. Estábamos preocupados que quizas ya habian dejado de servir la cena porque era tarde pero amablemente nos dejaron sentar. Nuestra camarera con el pelo corto y rizado también fue muy amable, atenta y rápida, lo cual apreciamos mucho 🌟 La comida son platos vascos clásicos. Realmente se siente como una buena comida casera y las porciones son generosas! Por suerte yo tenía mucha hambre ☺ Eskerrik asko berriro!

Un hotel muy acogedor ,limpieza exquisita,muy bien situado,se come muy bien ,calidad y precio muy bueno. El personal te hace sentir como en casa. Isabel y Jone que son con las que más trato tengo son maravillosas. Hotel muy recomendable .

En general muy recomendable. La ubicación del hotel es perfecta para poder visitar esta maravilla de pueblo. Cuenta con un parking muy amplio en el que siempre encuentras sitio para poder aparcar. También destacar el menú del día, bastante variedad de platos y muy ricos en general. El servicio es también excepcional. El único inconveniente el tema aire acondicionado, pero por el resto un 10.

La habitación está muy bien pero lo mejor de todo, es el restaurante, una sorpresa inesperada.

He cenado allí todos los días de mi estancia, el cocinero hace un trabajo excepcional y Jone, que es muy maja y agradable, te ofrece el menú y si no es de tu agrado, una alternativa deliciosa.
