An amazingly charming restaurant with an Andalusian soul! The food was simply fantastic, and the portions, very generous. The service was also excellent. Everything about this place is just great, I wish I could have spent more days in Granada and try some more dishes there in Ladrillo II!

Best fried seafood I had in Spain so far. Great food at a great price. Simple environment but enjoyable. Very thankful that it opens on Jan 1.

What a wonderful place, with great service and atmosphere. The drinks are cheap with a nice variety of high quality tapas. But hey, that's a lot of places. I got the most enjoyment from the staff. A lot of energy and good vibes. The bartender, Laura, is super, and the rest were in high spirits, enjoying the music and singing along to it. They were all so friendly. I will 100% be back, and recommend you go too!

Awesome lunchtime Paella. Attentive waiters. Visited in May 2022. I’m actually not a huge fan of seafood, but I wanted to try a seafood paella at some point in Spain… and this is where I bit the bullet. It was super tasty and enjoyed it a lot! This place is just a short walk from some of the viewing spots of the Alhambra. Being in a shaded outdoor courtyard was also super cute.

Had a great experience here. My wife is not a big seafood fan and ordered the red sauce spaghetti and we were shocked by how good it was. I had the fried seafood for myself and was extremely happy with the value for money I got, big portion (1/2 size) was more than enough for me and tasted fantastic!! Also make sure to get the special Pil Pil Shrimp, shockingly addictive.

cheap, huge portions, good food. quite distinctive flavours, maybe a local thing, but no complaints. the creamy seafood pasta is a must. we also had snails, which were great, and also in a very specific tasting sauce.

This great little hidden (from most tourists) gem was recommended to us by a local fellow we chatted up in the city center. ¡Gracias, Antonio El Conejo! Great neighborhood vibe, amazing paella, the best salmorejo I’ve had so far, and impeccable, friendly service. This is a family affair and you can tell they are having fun running a fabulous eatery. Highly recommend! You won’t have a view of the Alhambra, but if you’ve played your cards right you’ve toured it already and can stroll to El Mirador de San Nicolás in a few minutes after your meal to look at it again.

Local favourite and not too touristy. Home cooked by a Nonnina. They have local beers as well

We went there two times and all foods we ordered were delisous, cheap and big enough to make us fill. Service is good and employees are nice

We got so much food, but the fried fish dish was great! We also got grilled calamari, meatballs and eggplant. So delicious

Stopped by for lunch at El Ladrillo today on recommendation from my brother, who had eaten there previously. We were not disappointed. The service is fast, friendly, and effective. We were served by Nahuel and Juanjo, who immediately identified that we were English and provided us with menus in English as our Spanish is pitiful! They both spoke impeccable English. Beer and Sangria were served in moments while we perused the menu. Tapas of chicken wings in a fantastic sauce was a welcome addition. We finally opted for a Spanish omlette, tomatoes, grilled Sardines, and a half "fish boat" (a fried fish platter). It was generous for three hungry people. The tomatoes, seasoned with herbs and garlic, olive oil, and salt on the side to add to taste, were delicious and flavoursome. The Spanish omlette was cooked to perfection. Buttery and soft, salt to add to taste. Would have been delicious on its own, but the grilled Sardines were fantastic, with crispy skin you didn't need to debone. The fried fish was my favourite, squid, cooked perfectly, soft, coated in crispy batter. Difficult to get right, but they have it mastered here! Whole small white flesh fish... hake, I think, it didn't matter... beautiful. Prawns, again, no need to peel, head off, down in one. Great coffee to finish. Couldn't fault, 5 star and highly recommend. Will be returning next time we are in Granada for sure! Thank you to the team at El Ladrillo!

The paella was tasty.

The place itself looks like a typical tourist trap, but is not: in the upper floor where we were seated we were the only tourists, the rest were Spanish families with children.

The waiters look a bit grim, but do their job nicely. The interior is nice.

While walking around the Albaicin district, this cute restaurant caught our attention. We were pleasantly surprised with the amount of options, the size of the portions and the quality of the food!
We specially recommend the following menu:
Starter: Barco de Pescados
Main dish: Mixed Paella
Dessert: Leche frita

To top it off, the staff was very helpful and patient to explain the finer points of Andalucian cousine.
