Casa Cuadrau: Yoga, Art & Nature in the Pyrenees

Amazing place just to be there and experience being in calm beautiful mountains. The place is situated on one of the trekking routes of GR15/GR15.1. Lots of nice hiking routes and places to visit around Casa Cuadrau. Good as a base for day hikes in the area. The vegetarian food was very good and completely transformed my vision of food and cooking. Dani and Katya are lovely people full of presence and positivity. They are very knowledgeable about the area and happy to help. Would recommend Casa Cuadrau for a short or a long stay to everyone! I only wish I could spend more time there.

An incredibly beautiful place in so many ways. A gorgeous area, offering diverse hikes - from canyons, cliffs and alpine meadows to pine forests and arid hills. A beautiful home that honours its history and offers deep hospitality through good food, fostering community among strangers, and a simple but beautiful daily routine. Excellent teaching and facilitation by Dani and Katya that nourishes the soul and offers opportunities for connection with nature and the profound. A place that offers deep rest and much joy. He estado en Casa Cuadrau en Semana Santa y ha sido una gran experiencia. Dani y Katya unos grandes profesionales que te ayudan a conectar con la naturaleza y encontrarte con tus propias emociones.
Todas las actividades están muy bien diseñadas.
Está en un lugar privigeliado en medio de los Pirieos, La casa tiene cómodas estancias. Comida vegetariana de calidad.
Totalmente recomendable para pasar unos días en medio de la naturaleza y poder profundizar en tu mismo.

Experiencia inolvidable en la preciosa casa Cuadrau. El equipo entero, Katia y Dani lo han echo estupendamente. Las actividades, la comida, la gente, el sitio y la naturaleza lo hace muy especial. Si quieres desconectar, apretar un botón reset y sentirte en equilibrio contigo mismo estas en el lugar correcto!

Casa Cuadrau es un retiro que te permitirá "pausar" tu vida y conectar con la naturaleza en una ubicación muy privilegiada, donde poder además profundizar en la meditación y el yoga de la mano de Katya y Daniel. El retiro lleva marca propia, resultado de una larga experiencia y producto de un proyecto íntimo, familiar y personal. También es un espacio donde en la intimidad del silencio puedes descubrir (entre otras muchas cosas) una creatividad apresada por el ritmo de vida y que encuentra el espacio incluso para escribir el primer "Haiku":

"En casa cuadrau,
espacio del silencio,
descanso mental"

Maravillosa pareja, Daniel y Katia, responsables por este proyecto humano con un propósito muy sano y poderoso junto a un equipo de personas fantásticas. Programa de actividades externas y internas muy bien diseñado, flexible y facilitador de emociones y experiencias únicas. Preciosa casa con muy cómodas estancias, todos los detalles están muy cuidados y tienen un servicio de cocina hecha con mucho gusto, variedad y cariño. Muy recomendable para cualquier persona deseosa de un parón interno y de conectarse con la naturaleza y la suya propia. Repetiré sin duda en otro momento. ¡Muchas gracias Casa Cuadrau!
