Ellauri Hotela

Ellauri Hotel is a lovely small hotel in the mountains near Zeanuri with luxury and spacious rooms. Ours had also a jacuzzi on the terrace and beautiful views.
The owners Randa and Kepa are very nice and caring people who make you feel at home. We stayed nearly two weeks and every night we enjoyed their delicious food, with local products and veggies from their own garden.
The hotel is situated between three natural parks and near cities as Bilbao and Vitoria. There are also a few beautiful, natural beaches nearby. All of this you can reach by car in about 30-45 minutes.
So if you love nature, culture and the beaches in the beautiful Bask country you will enjoy your stay at Ellauri hotel.
It’s not the first time we’ve been here and definitely not the last!

Stayed with 5 friends for the European Rugby finals in Bilbao. Can not speak or write highly enough of the Hotel and owner's.

We ended our 2 week vacation with 3 nights at this beautiful lodge. Breakfast was great-and dinner was magnificent! The owners were helpful with suggestions on what to visit in the area-and they were so nice! Set in the mountains, I can't think of a more peaceful place!

Unique escape getaway. Perfect as a relaxation destination. The food is authentic and the owners are amicable and extremely generous. The hotel offers serendipity ambiance. An authentic basque menu is offered here as well as Lebanese fusion cuisine where you can truly enjoy hummus, tabbouleh and other Lebanese dishes prepared by the couple, whom the wife is Lebanese.

The food is amazing, had lovely dinner and were introduced to new food items and ate till we were stuffed. The owners were so welcoming, our room was clean and was just perfect place to enjoy our wedding anniversary

Estuvimos con mi pareja de escapada de fin de semana y cumplió todas nuestras expectativas.
Buscábamos un finde de desconexión de tranquilidad, de descanso.
Y fue más que eso.
Una cena exquisita!!!
Y un desayuno que nos cargo de energía.

Fantastisch kleinschalig hotel voor ultieme rust en ontspanning! Mooie grote, goedverzorgde en schone kamers, met prachtig uitzicht. De eigenaren zijn vriendelijk en voelen feilloos aan wat je nodig hebt, zonder opdringerig te zijn. Ze doen er alles voor om je te laten genieten en om je verblijf erg aangenaam te maken.
Wij verbleven 6 nachten in het hotel en hebben elke dag mogen genieten van een culinair diner in het restaurant. De liefde en passie voor eten en voor verse ingrediënten (die rechtstreeks uit hun eigen tuin kwamen) proef je direct. Ondanks dat de kaart niet uitgebreid is, hebben ze elke dag voor ons iets speciaals en variërends op tafel gezet.
Het hotel ligt op een prachtige locatie tussen 3 natuurparken op maximaal 3 kwartier rijden met de auto. Gorbeia met een rivier en kleine watervallen. Urkiola met prachtige bergruggen en roofvogels. Urbdaibai met een Bird Centre en rivierdelta. Voor de wandelaar of natuurliefhebbers echte aanraders om te bezoeken. Tevens zijn de steden Bilbao en Victoria- Gasteiz op relatief korte afstand te bezoeken.
Kortom: Een goed hotel, prachtige locatie, heerlijk eten en mooie omgeving. Een echte aanrader!!!
Wij komen zeker nog een keer terug.

Lugar perfecto para desconectar y relajarse, con las vistas espectaculares al Gorbea mientras cenas una espectacular chuleta junto a la riquísima lechuga de la huerta y finalizando con un exquisito postre casero, gracias Kepa por tu atención!!.
Destacar también la profesionalidad y simpatía de la masajista y a tí Arantxa, muchísimas gracias por tu amabilidad y predisposición. En cuanto podamos nos escapamos de nuevo!!

El Hotel Rural Ellauri está muy bien. 100% recomendable. En menú de cena que reservamos. Escepcional. El tomate de la ensalada era maravilloso y que decir de la lubina. Esquisita. Tb reservamos una 1h en el Spa. Y apesar de que el tiempo no estaba muy allá. La experiencia fue buena. El spa y la sauna super recomendable. Y los propietarios muy amables y atentos.
En definitiva puede que volvamos en alguna otra escapadita. Merece la pena.

Nos hospedamos una noche y nos gustó mucho. Habitación amplia, el colchón muy cómodo. Cogimos 1 hora de Spa y la verdad que nos encantó. La única pega que la sauna no estaba muy caliente (a unos 65°). Desayuno completo y buen trato por parte de los propietarios.

Estuvimos mi pareja y yo para regalarnos una noche por nuestro cumpleaños. Spa, cena y noche en el hotel.
El trato fue impecable, súper cercano.
El SPA toda una experiencia.
Para repetir y recomendar.

Un lugar único, en un enclave con paisajes preciosos, desde donde salen varias rutas naturales, bien comunicado para hacer turismo por Euskadi en coche.
El hotel ofrece todas las comodidades en un ambiente cercano y agradable por parte de todo su personal que te atienden de manera cuidadosa y te ofrecen toda la información necesaria para sacarle el máximo partido a tu estancia en este entorno inigualable.
Nuestra habitación del ático muy completa, con una cama muy cómoda, con televisión y aire acondicionado (no nos hizo falta), baño con ducha con columna de chorros, secador, todo muy cómodo y completo.
El desayuno con multitud de opciones dulces y saladas. No te pierdas sus croisants!
Un hotel de gran calidad con un personal muy atento y agradable. Estaremos encantad@s de volver.

lugar perfecto para desconectar y relajarse. La habitación amplia y bonita. Hotel bonito limpio y bien cuidado. El spa increíble con vistas al monte y que decir de las cenas y el chuletón . Lo mejor el trato de los dueños son muy cercanos te hacen sentir como en casa. Muy recomendable

Es la segunda vez que voy con motivo de mi ascenso al monte Gorbea y como siempre genial. Esta vez además fui con mi pareja, la cual quedó igualmente maravillada por la Belleza del lugar así cómo por el hotel, los servicios que ofrece y sus propietarios que son de 10.
Repetiremos.

Si buscas un sitio de 10, sin duda es este. Tranquilidad, trato exquisito, vistas inmejorables y el spa es un pasada con vistas al monte y espacioso. Un lugar muy recomendable para desconectar de todo un par de dias. Desayuno maravilloso preparado a la hora acordada solo llegar y desayunar. En resumen, un 10
