Mirador del Pujol

I took a boat tour on the lake and paid 5€. Relaxing and enjoyable. Lots of birds and the lake is beautiful.
Apparently this was a bay before, but then it was separated from the sea and became a freshwater lake. There are rice fields in the area.

If you go this way, don't forget to also visit Observatori d'aus (only open until 2pm) just a few minutes south of here. It is a free park with fantastic bird observation and you won't be disappointed.

Probably one of the best sunsets out there. Nothing interrupts the scenery, and the colors keep changing every minute as the sun approaches the small mountain range where it hides. When that happens, people starts leaving the place, but the real deal is to stay for couple more hours and contemplate the awe-inspiring palette of oranges that keep fading as the light from the sun slowly disappears. Stunning beauty, even if accompanied with two hundred more people.

A great and beautiful national park to visit. I strongly recommend a trip on a boat for 4 euros, to see the sunset.

Amazing place in any hour. But during the sunset especially. Very nice boat trip with many curious information about the park, buildings around, rice and fishing.

Beautiful spot to observe the sunset. Come early if you want to secure a spot on the dock.

Beautiful sunset place..crowdy

Most beautiful sunset in this side of Spain. Absolutely breathtaking. You'd enjoy it even more if you take a boat ride through the lake and experience all of its wonders... Not to mention eating a paella there as well - in the birthplace of the country's most famous dish. But even you just drive up only for the sunset, it's definitely worth it, we go a few times every year and love it more every time.

Nice sunset views. Went there from Valencia by bike. Part of the road was Along the beach with nice view :)

Beautiful place to ride a boat (4 euro) and watch the sunset. Albufera is also the origin of paella so be sure to try it when you visit!

Idyllic and scenic break from the city. Definitely worth a visit. Allow 3 hours from Valencia if travelling by public transport. Boat ride reasonably priced.

A lot more reasonable prices than I expected. Long enough ride to enjoy everything, short enough to never get bored. Recommended.

Beautiful, most not realising the rice fields. When you come to Valencia from south its a must to pass by.
