Scale Bikes

Sarah and I spoke with Mark at Scale bikes, discussed what we wanted to do and arranged to hire 2 Giant electric mountain bikes. The bike were well prepared and clean, helmets and lock supplied along with a case for a phone (for navigation). Mark gave us some ideas but we just did our own thing. We went to Pals via L’estartit and back, the vast majority on minor roads and tracks. The bikes were superb and the scenery was outstanding. What a great day.Thank you.

Very friendly and helpful, came in to ask where to leave bikes while on the beach and they lent us a lock!

First popped in with a faulty valve that was repaired straight away and free of charge. Then arranged for one bike service and potentially new tyres to both bikes. All the work was carried out on time with only one bike needing tyres. He could have sold us four tyres but explained one bike didn’t need them. At the end of the day the bill came to 56€ and we were very happy, considering we had budgeted for around 100€. Definitely recommended.

I had a problem with my Brompton - rear tyre and tube exploded. The man is not a Brompton specialist but fixed it with no problem and also adjusted my gears ! Excellent service, the man really knows his stuff. Very impressed.

De 10! L'any passat vam llogar unes bicis elèctriques i va anar tot molt bé, començant per el tracte, seguint per l'explicació i finalment per el producte. Vam acabar molt contents. Aquest any ens van arreglar una roda de moto del nostre nadó, van ser molt amables i ens van solucionar una cosa que ells normalment no toquen. Hi estem molt agraïts!

Falls man ein fahrrad leihen möchte, hat man hier eine riesen auswahl. Das personal funkioniert auch gut in englisch. Schnelle abwicklung und faire preise. Habe ein E-Mtb geliehen. Bin volkommen zufrieden.

Gute, neue E-Mountainbikes (Motor hält 80km).
Da bei einem der beiden Bikes nach 500m die Kette rausgesprungen ist, haben wir sofort ein neues bekommen und sie haben von sich aus nichts berechnet für das eine Bike.

Goede service en aardige mensen. Wij huren altijd 3 fietsen voor 2 weken en doen nagenoeg alles op de fiets. Dit jaar nieuwe fietsen. Top !

Ich hatte mir in meinem Urlaub mehrere Platten geholt, weil sehr viele kleine Dornen auf den Wegen liegen. Bin daraufhin zu Scale Bike und habe mir meine Räder auf tubeless umrüsten lassen. Am nächsten Tag war alles erledigt und ich konnte für wenig Geld meine Radtouren vortsetzen. Bin sehr zufrieden.....
