Awesome guys!

My VW bus broke down with a lack of power. Thanks to the quick and uncomplicated help, we were able to drive back to Germany on the same day.

We were sooo happy!!! <3

Nice fast service, English/French speaking stuff. Not particular car brands – they can manage a wide range of it as I saw while repairing my flat wheal. They left me greatfull and gave 5% discount with a friendly smile.

Excellent all round garage. The brothers know their business. Are always fair and try to accommodate. I have been using this garage for 30+ years.

Been using this garage for40 years, never disappointed. Perfect service, fair prices always trying to help the customer.

At the beginning of august 2014, I travelled from Holland to Spain.
2 kilometers before reaching my destination my car broke down on a roundabout. And that was super lame!

I got towed to Garatge Universal, they were the nearest auto garage in L'Escala. This was a crappy start for a nice vacation. My girlfriend and I had a lot of stuff with us. Because we were going to camp. Just the tent weighs like 50 kilo's, so I was allready dreading the 2 kilometer walk to the campsite.

But the guy of Garatge Universal insisted on dropping us off at the campsite. Which was awesome. And he saved us from a horrible walk.

The next day he called me to say it was the alternator... Which was a bummer, because that is an expensive part. I called my uncle to get an idea how much it would cost, seeing that I didnt want to be screwed over. My uncle said, You have to think about 600 euro's or more...

Well, Garatge Universal presented me a bill of 500 euro. Awesome! They were not abusing the fact that I was a tourist.

Now 8 months later, the car still works perfectly... So they installed a good alternator and they genuinely fixed my car and got me home.

Garatge universal is a good garage, with friendly and honest people. They were helpfull and trustworthy and they run a proper garage.

Good service, very reasonable prices, excellent work. Very helpful in every way.

Un taller mecànic on realment t'expliquen les coses clarament i són capaços de transmetre la confiança suficient com per saber que faran una feina ben feta, professional i amb responsabilitat.

Sense cap dubte, de tots els mecànics que he anat, aquest taller es el millor, i s'ha convertit en el lloc on jo sempre reparo i reviso el meu cotxe habitualment.

He ido varias veces a reparar mi coche y me han atendido muy correctamente, han reparado lo que había que reparar y me han informado de cosas que no sabía que tenía. Precios muy razonables y ajustados.

Pongo 5 estrellas ya que el servicio ha sido de 10. El día que lo fui a buscar (venia de Barcelona) les llamé para buscar una manera de recuperarlo ya que llegaba tarde. Hice el pago por transferencia y lo dejaron fuera con la llave escondida. Así pude recuperar el coche el viernes. Muchas gracias por la atención y el servicio

Garage choisi pour ses avis sur internet que je partage totalement. Accueil, prise en charge réparation et tarifs raisonnables. Rien à redire. Vehicule restitué plus tôt que prévu et pneu, cric remisés à leur place. Travail soigné et pratiquent le français. Je recommande sans hésitations.

Garage sérieux en qui on peut avoir confiance, changement des roulements sur mon vieux camping-car. Personnel et patron super sympa et parle Français. Merci , nous pouvons continuer notre voyage tranquille.

En vacances à l'Escala, nous avons été trahis par notre amortisseur arrière dès notre arrivée. Dès le lundi matin l'équipe (les 3 frères) nous a pris en charge. Véhicule déposé le mercredi 15h et récupéré le jeudi 13h. Retour le vendredi et bien arrivés après 1100 km de route. Et cerise sur le gâteau la facture est inférieure au devis ! Du jamais vu de ce côté ci des Pyrénées. Merci aussi à la boulangerie "Bon profit" qui nous a conseillé ce garage. Cordiales saludos a los 3 hermanos !

Il est tout de suite intervenu sur mon alhambra pour une durite de turbo hs. Le délai d’approvisionnement de la pièce étant trop long il s’est débrouillé pour aller en chercher une d’occasion a Barcelone dans le we. Déposée vendredi, l’auto était prête lundi matin
