Trek Bicycle Alicante

Top service and top bicycles. It was a 30 degrees celsius in shade day, we were offered to fill up with fresh cold water for the ride and kick start with espresso. Shop assistant helped to fit the bike and ensured we are ready with tools, spare parts and safety equipment. Bikes were fresh from service and tuned. All ingredients for enjoyable ride and no worries.

I am doing a long bike tour and needed my bike serviced. David was absolutely fantastic. He helped me on the spot and forty minutes later my bike was fully serviced. Very friendly and very helpful. An excellent bike shop!👍🙏😊

We needed our bikes boxed up to fly to London after a bike packing trip. The staff in the store were brilliant and did a great job of boxing up the bikes all for €25.

Great and friendly staff! Helped us out with boxes to get on the train. The products and the shop looked fantastic.

My boyfriend and I were so pleased with the service and quality - the staff are the friendliest people ever, plus they are super knowledgeable so it made it really easy for a novice like me to feel comfortable. I know the bikes we got are top quality, but in the end, what I was most happy with was the amazing customer service experience :) My boyfriend and I walked into Trek thinking we'd "shop around" and price check with competing stores, but it was the warm welcome we received that convinced us not to look further. Thank you guys!!! (Also - I'm really looking forward to checking out some of the community events they offer!!!!)

I think this is the best bicycle shop in Alicante. They have all things in addition to bicycles: parts, closes, sport food, etc. Friendly staff and a very competent mechanic. I would definitely go there again.
