Excellent, professional service. We spent several months searching for our home, and ended up finding one not with HomeEspaña, but we wish it had been - the difference in service has been very noticeable! Special thanks to Claire who was such a font of knowledge and support throughout the search process.

We were selling our much loved villa in Orbeta after nearly 2 decades.
From initial contact with
: Clive ( personable, and not pushy in any way, just clear and efficient) who we’d seen often in the area
: to Albi ( who presented the house to the website and did a really lovely and honest presentation, which we loved and have retained for our memories)
and then
: Hildi ( who showed prospective buyers around in a most relaxed and positive manner - some, no doubt who were just ‘only looking’) and
: Michelle in the office ( who was so happy and smiley and really efficient in maintaining contact, which is rather important).
Each one contributed to a successful sale at a good fair price. We had a time waster or two, but they never let that bother them, and they supported us through the whole process by staying in regular contact and ensuring we had honest reliable feedback.

I should like to thank you all at Homeespana for all of your help in my acquiring a villa in Benidoleige, especially Liam for taking us to see the villa, and Michelle who suggested using sun lawyers who incidentally made the buying process very easy.
After a couple of holidays in the house we realized that we needed to make some changes so we asked Liam for advise and he suggested using Phillip Ridout a builder that he had recommended to previous clients, so we did.
Phillip has been in business in Spain for over 40 years, he speaks fluent Spanish, and I had full confidence in leaving him to complete the work in my absence, to my satisfaction,in the time advised, and at the price quoted, we were very pleased with the results.
