We used Hamilton's of Moraira because one of their team had been recommended. We worked specifically with Jackie King who spent time understanding our needs and budget constraints. The villa she found us ( after dozens of viewings ) had not shown up in online searches, but came via one of her contacts. Ask for Jackie, you won't go far wrong !

We entrusted the sale of our house in Moraira to the Hamiltons team. The whole process was handled in a professional way. A buyer was found quickly and our contact Manon was an excellent communicator and ensured the process concluded quickly and without issue. We brought our villa in Benissa 8 years ago through Hamiltons & so they were the obvious choice to sell it for us once we made the really difficult decision to sell. Making the decision to sell was the hardest part of the process. Once we made contact with Nick the support & service we received from the Moraira team was superb. They showed us & our property the utmost respect. We had a steady stream of viewings and, unlike horror stories we heard from others about other agencies, we could tell every viewing was genuine & that the team were determined to do their best for us. Ultimately they secured a sale at a very reasonable price and throughout the negotiations we felt that they were ‘on our side’. From start to finish they kept us up to date in a way that made us feel confident to let them do what they clearly do well… sell. We truly can’t recommend them highly enough, our sale went through really smoothly & that’s down entirely to the Hamiltons team effort. Thank you… Letting go wasn’t easy but you made it as painless as possible.

I've been back and forth to Javea over about 20 years, and have been looking to trade up a larger property - I haven't found the perfect fit just yet, but have been really impressed with the service and friendliness of this branch - it's always my first stop on 'circuit' and would definitely recommend. I'd recommend Hamilton's to anyone wanting to sell their home/apartment. I personally went with Hamilton's after trying a couple of other local agents and not being overly happy with their efforts. I was impressed with how they worked and found them far better and driving viewings and keeping me updated on their feedback and progress.

My only personal learning I'd share is that I didn't add on the tax to the agent fee % so my only advice to others is remember its sale % then tax added on so the sale costs are higher than expected.

Having sold our apartment in Alicante, we have spent over a year looking for our dream villa in Moraira. Rams and the team at Hamiltons have been there for us throughout, managing to book as many viewings as possible on each of our trips ( and there were many!) looking back, it’s hard to describe the support and understanding we received. Manon has been an absolute pleasure to work with. She was very patient whilst we were looking for somewhere, fitting in with our erratic timetable (we usually only had a couple of days to fit in viewings) but without being pushy (unlike some agents who spammed with house details without really listening to us). I’m so pleased that she was the one who found us our ideal villa in the end. She has been so helpful since finding it, answering all our questions and she even came to the notary’s office when we signed the papers to make sure we were happy with everything. I honestly couldn’t rate her more.
