El Jardín del Mirador

Wow!!!! Just had lunch but what an experience, slow cooked duck for my lady and pork for me. Francisco delivered, 👍 best meal after 2 weeks in Spain…Michelin quality IMO.

What can I say? This was one of the best eating experiences I have had. VERY high quality food cooked over wood fire, fabulous location, with stunning views, terrific host. And the food the food…the BEST duck I have tasted. The dessert of chilli chocolate…!!!! This is a true hidden gem.

The chief creates gastronomie from the best Spanish ingredients. Served in a very nice romantic garden. Best food in Spain ever. We really liked the slow coocked smoked dishes.

The best Gastronomie experience in Andalusia, specially marinated fish and meat delicacy are beyond the expectation of this hidden little paradise in Mountains❤

We had a wonderful dinner at El Jardín del Mirador tonight! Amazing food, great service and a really nice evening through and through. The owner was very welcoming for the two of us, I would definitely recommend! + Señor perro is very cute

This is a fantastic stop on the Sendero Circulo de la Tahá. Francisco is genuine and welcoming, the music is great, the view is fantastic, but most of all the food is something special. Excellent salad, slow-barbecued meat and fish, and bocaditos
con salsa de chocolate picante.

This place is incredible. It is clear that the chef takes extreme pride in every perfect plate served. The garden terrace is an exquisite setting - lush and green, with mountain views stretching out below. We asked the waitress what she would recommend - she said with confidence that every dish is excellent here, and I can understand why. The creative flavours leap from every plate and are complemented by the delicious house wines, and all very gentle on the wallet. I would highly recommend to any traveller.

I have been travelling through spain for 6 months and this is BY FAR the best restaurant i have been to. The garden is as beautiful as the view, the chef and owner is a great guy too. The food is indescribably good, flavours are as intense as the alpujarras itself!

El Jardin del Mirador provided one of the most enjoyable experiences of our stay. It is an amazing rustic restaurant with a legendary chef and waitress. The food was incredible and the service by Anna was attentive but not overbearing. We arrived in Pitres late after a multi-day hike down from Mulhacén but were welcomed to El Jardin del Mirador with open arms. We ate on a terrace with a backdrop of the Alpujarras. Eat here!!!
