Tetería Baraka

Found this place online and through a recommendation. We ordered the vego couscous, falafel, chicken tagine, mint lemonade, carrot cake, cafe solo and one of the infusion teas. Absolutely loved it.

Normally I complain about sweet things (i.e.: prunes, fruit) being in my savouries, but I was willing to be challenged. They had it so well balanced in the couscous. They arguably serve the best falafels in Spain. The carrot cake was great too with cream cheese frosting and chocolate in harmony with a light sponge.

Staff was so welcoming. Our waiter in particular spoke English, Spanish and Arabic.

They also have a little corner for gifts or consumables - we bought some of their speciality olive oil. Can't wait to try.

Wow! What a great restaurant. Maybe the best I have ever been to. Delicious meals and great prices. I found the staff very helpful.

Saying in Orgiva on a cycle training camp I wasn't exactly enthralled with the vegan options and then I stumbled across this wonderful spot. Sitting outside enjoying a falafel wrap on the spring sunshine turned out to be an unexpected highlight of the whole trip.

An absolute gem hidden in the mountains. The freshly prepared organic food (we got the lamb shawarma and tagine) were delicious!! Well done team, and the gentleman who served us was very welcoming and friendly. All food is halal!!

The food here is absolutely delicious, my personal favorite place in the entire Spain to eat good quality food!

Good food, we especially loved the see weed /mushroom risotto, desserts were too great but some were really heavy. Big selection of tees

This place has a lovely mix of Andalusian and Moroccan cuisine, and also plenty of vegetarian options. The seaweed mushroom risotto is my favourite. And their homemade cheesecake is one of the best I ever had.

I drive 1 hr to get to this restaurant it has the most beautiful food I have ever had. I always take my family and friends. It also has great staff, so friendly.

The food at this place is amazing, they get fresh and organic ingredients. The food is cooked in house and made fresh. The drinks such as lemonade and tea are delicious which are made in house. The inside is designed beautifully with a visual of an Arabic setting. If you prefer you can eat outside in the sun in the afternoon enjoying the view.

Very very cozy resturante slash café. Fresh pressed juices, good coffee and homemade cakes. Try the seaweed and mushrooms risotto... An absolute winner. A reason to visit Órgiva by it self! 5 stars
