San Sebastian Airport

I love using this airport. With only a couple of gates it's a breeze to travel through. Getting off the plane, straight through security and getting my luggage in five minutes was fantastic.
Don't get here more that 75 minutes before your flight, there's no point. Just the one expensive cafe before security and nothing after.
Transport options aren't best with an hourly bus service to San Sebastian, although it only costs a couple of Euros.
We got a taxi on the way back which was 50 euros with a generous tip which we were fine with, it meant we could spend more time enjoying San Sebastian.
I will definitely try to use this airport again

Very quiet and clean, you really don’t need to get there prob one hour before your flight. Super easy

Neat little small airport. Close to Hondarribia. Doesn’t make sense not to use it if staying in that Parador. Was able to walk to it in 15minutes. What a find!

Cute small airport. I was checked-in to my flight to London by a very friendly lady who then later also managed the boarding; she was awesome. Also the security agents were kind, and let me know what I must remove and what I can keep in my baggage for screening. Inside the departure airside area, there are many charging points and a water fountain. The only coffee/food retail is landside. There is a cashpoint, as the local busses don't accept cards. For about €3 and a short walk, you can head towards France (Biarritz, Hendaye) via Irun. Or a bus can take you for under €3 to San Sebastian; the bus might not be very frequent but it is cheap and takes only 30 minutes. I always use public transport and found I was able to leave and arrive to this airport okay, but I did find reading the local signs at the bus stop a bit unclear; not everything has an English translation.

Small regional airport about 27 minutes from San Sebastián by taxi. The airport is adequate and functional. Food and drinks are available.

This is a very small airport, which makes all the process of checking in and boarding easier. The only flight departing was ours, to Madrid. The airport is far from San Sebastian Center, the taxi cost us 49 euros. When using taxis within the city, it was between 6 to 9 euros.

Beautiful buildings in Sans Sebastian, fabulous food & wine what more could you ask for!!

Convenient location. Baggage comes quickly. Helpful people. Clean bathroom. Easy to park and depart the lot. Pay for parking. Close to terminal.

Pretty small. Only for domestic flights. Also do notice that is not open 24/24h. Only have a coffee shop inside but that should do the job. Enjoy !! Happy flights!!

Nothing here to be upset about. Yes it’s a regional airport but all the perks of not having to arrive super early for departures and getting out easy upon arrival are here
