High above the lovely town of Hondarribia. The view of Biscay Bay is incredible.

Really nice B&B overlooking Hondarribia bay. Clean large room, comfortable beds and good warm shower. Amazing breakfast with fruits, cheeses, (sweet) breads and eggs. Friendly welcoming owner.

This is probably one of unusual (in good term) hotels I have ever stayed. Unfortunately I stopped here only for one night but if I go through the area again in the future I will definetly stay for more time. Breackfas with champagne was imaing.

We stayed 5 nights at Higeralde this summer and it was fantastic!
Bixen and his team are very welcoming and we were sad to leave the property after 5 days.
The property and the rooms are very clean. The room was very big with a nice terrace looking over the coast.
Breakfast was perfect with a large choice of fruit, bread and snacks.
Bixen helped us every day planning our day-trip to the region and we've seen some fantastic towns.
If you need a restaurant recommendation just ask Bixen and he will fix it! We've had very very nice dinners thanks to him.

We stayed for 1night on the 4th Feb, with our 2 Shih Tzu's and we will 100% be back!

This hidden Gem has it all: super friendly hosts, romantic setting, amazing views & outdoor seating, sparkling clean & comfortable rooms, plus a delicious breakfast with homemade apple juice. We wish we could have stayed longer.

Room was spacious clean and warm, views were excellent, staff were helpful and chatty and the breakfast was magnificent. Preferred a softer pillow. Would recommend to anyone .

Very nice room, big bed nice continental breakfast, fantastic value for money. Make sure you call them and bring snacks as they do have a self device bar you can take snacks and drinks from but other guests had already emptied it by the time we got there

Great location and view! For those who seek peace, Casa Rural is a wonderful spot to chill out for a few days. The breakfast was full of many different kinds of fresh fruits, breads, and condiments, including yoghurt with local bee pollen. Rooms are not super luxurious but have everything you need. The bath towels are fantastic, equal or better to most 5* hotels. Internet is fine and night views are stunning! You do need a car to reach it (on a hill).

Incredible restored farmhouse with a beautiful view of farm gardens, grazing cattle and sheep, sailboats in the harbor, the ocean and mountains meeting the ocean. Host Bixen speaks english, Spanish, French, and euskara(? Local Basque language) and is an incredibly nice host.
