Hotel Palacete

Lovely little hotel, very well positioned, and interesting architecture. Really clean and well maintained. The staff are lovely and really helpful with any questions or information you may need. There is a lovely bar downstairs where you can sit and dream about lost times when the city was just the place you stay and the close surroundings. You need to visit the old city that starts close to the hotel and you can walk the cobbles to see the amazing cathedral and the rest of the old city. An unique experience 😀

Superb ancient location where we had an excellent stay and evening terrace.
We had reserved the private parking, which was kind of a surprise, but got what we asked for 🫣😊

Wonderful, clean hotel in the heart of the old town with a lovely patio eating/bar area. The staff are extremely kind and helpful. While traveling in Basque Country we wanted to experience as many towns as we could so we moved to San Sebastián the next night. Our airline lost our luggage and we were concerned about changing the delivery address constantly as we moved around the area. The hotel staff offered to receive our bags for us, which they did, and called as soon as they arrived so we could drive over from San Sebastián to pick them up. If I would have know how great Hondarriba was I would have stayed the entire trip at this hotel and made day trips to other places. I have to say it again: wonderful staff.

Place looks like old castle, but has really nice rooms, great to start first Camino hike from Hondaribia to San Sebastian

Good on all counts (comfy beds, tasty breakfast, cheerful & helpful staff, etc) location in old Town puts it over the top, on small plaza with lively local scene, rare tourist, moon-surface quiet at night. Could just stay here indefinitely.

Brilliant hotel and service

Hotel de una estrella con mucho encanto. Excelente ubicación en pleno casco antiguo. Alguna habitación un poco pequeña pero muy limpio y acogedor. Preciosa terraza para desayunar o tomar algo.

Recomendable, para una estancia tranquila y poder gozar de sus instalaciones con unas vistas hacia la plaza que lo hace aún mejor

Recomendaremos este hotel a todo el mundo ya que el servicio y la ubicación son geniales,el personal del hotel muy cercano y amable, repetiremos!!

Nous avons bénéficié d'une chambre superbe avec un bow-window donnant sur la place historique.
Service impeccable et personnel aux petits soins.
A noter la place de parking privée facturée 10 € mais très pratique juste à côté de l'hôtel (parking public loin car centre ville historique interdit aux voitures)

Ubicación inmejorable.
Puedes alojarte con tu mascota con un suplemento de 10€.
El hotel tiene muchísimo encanto. Las habitaciones muy cómodas.
Tienen dos plazas de parking gratis para clientes,pero no las reservan.
Si esas están ocupadas,el parking son 10€/día.

Personal muy amable.
Tiene cafetería para desayunar o tomar algo.

Casi todo el personal súper amable, sobre todo un chico que nos hizo la recepción
