Hotel Río Bidasoa

Stayed at this hotel for a conference.
The rooms were clean and the location was convenient to both the San Sebastian Airport and the old town of Hondarribia. The staff was polite and helpful giving us some good walking directions to be able to explore the town. The breakfast was nice, it would have been great if there was more variety, but the fresh orange juice machine was wonderful.
Although I didn't use it there is also parking available.

Hondarribia is a nice village and Hotel Rio Bidasoa is a perfect location to discover the center, the fish restaurants, the bars and shops, the lighthouse,... Excellent and friendly service at the reception and during the breakfast. We enjoyed our stay!

We had a really great stay at this hotel. The staff were friendly and gave us lots of recommendations of things to do in town. The location is easily walkable from the town, but in a nice and quiet area. The room was comfortable. It's also nice just relaxing by the pool.

Itself is clean, spacious and nicely decorated. It has a homely and welcoming feel. There is a good restaurant (Suggari) located in the hotel which serves a delicious and generously portioned lunch set menu (hotel guests get a 20% discount)….highly recommended. I booked the room directly on the hotel website.

Room was very comfortable. Best hotel shower I think I've ever had. So much water pressure. Location was great to see the old town and less than 10 minute walk to square with pinxto bars and restaurants. Front desk staff spoke good English.

Lovely location close to the motorway but quiet. Helpful staff. Breakfast passed the croissant test but a little expensive for whst there was.

The room was very clean and with a beautiful view. You will find anything you want at breakfast : fruits, jam, cheese, croissants, fruit juice... The hotel is also equipped with a swimming pool and a meeting room.
It is also ideally located.

The rooms are clean and comfortable. The place is in a great location. The food is brilliant for the price, which is surprisingly reasonable. A great hotel with lovely staff. Recommended.

I really recommend this hotel if you are coming to Hondarriba for the following reasons: the service is impeccable, really friendly staff ready to help with anything you need, the room I was immaculate, clean big and fresh, great amenities and nice design. I definitely recommend this place and I will definitely come back here.

Good value hotel, unfortunately the hotels evening menu was eclipsed by the amazing tapas/pinxtos bars but rooms were great and service also excellent.

Nice hotel close to regional airport (no noise heard), close to historical city center, close to sea, nice servise, everybody was smiling and willing to help. Good food in restaurant.

Clean spacious room. Great aircon. Beyond helpful staff and the food is to die for. Couldnt have been in a better location.

Night manager bent over backwards to ensure we had a place to stay when entire town was booked.

Cristina ha organizado todo de 10, muy atenta, a nada que faltase algo ya estaba ahí reclamándolo.

La comida, el coctel y la recena perfecta.
Todo el mundo ha salido encantado.

Buenos días, ayer fue la boda de mi hijo Jon y Leyre, y quería agradecer a Cristina el trato recibido durante toda la boda, tanto el servicio como el menú. El menú estuvo maravilloso!! Cristina es fantástica!! Todo salió muy muy bien!! Un equipo fantástico!! Sólo quería agradecer el trato tan fantástico que recibimos ayer!! MUCHAS GRACIAS POR TODO!!

Estuvimos para una boda, y la verdad que,¡pedazo de boda!
La ubicación perfecta, con un montón de aparcamiento alrededor del hotel si no quieres dejarlo en el parquing de el propio hotel.
El servicio maravilloso, atento durante todo el evento y aconsejando de que hacer en los alrededores.
La habitaciones espaciosas y con esos detalles que hacen que la estancia sea la mejor.
Solo podemos agradeceros que hicierais que un dia especial fuese ideal
