Such an interesting place, wonderfully explained with your individual audio guide.
In an incomparable green area with a beautiful restaurant just by the river and the King's fresh garden perfectly kept.
A must in Segovia. Don't you miss it!!

I was really impressed with the restoration of the building and the presentation. The vast amount of information about the history of money as well as this mint was very well presented in the audio guide. It is a bit away from the more visited sites in Segovia, but well worth the walk.

I have seen only the Free part outside and it's Amazing. Explained both in Catalan and English. Nice view and you can walk around. There's a nice cafeteria . Information point with books and souvenirs.

Ancient Ways recovered. Very interesting place to visit. Besides you can have a pretty good lunch or dinner in a cosy place. Worth visiting. Museum not opened on Mondays or Tuesdays.

Just visited the Segovia Mint for the first time and enjoyed the immense knowledge which Glenn Murray has stored in his head; incredible recall of dates, Kings, reigns, and events surrounding the founding and production of the Mint. What is amazing is on my many previous visits to Segovia spanning over 3 decades, I always looked down from the castle, El Alcazar and questioned the fact why the Spanish government, or at least the city of Segovia would not showcase a jewel such as the Segovia Mint which lay in ruins?? Were it not for Glenn's initiative, and drive I'm sure the Mint would still be the ruins in the river bed I first viewed from El Alcazar in 1976.?
Please continue to invest in this jewel of a Spanish landmark not only for numismatist world-wide, but for current and future generations to enjoy and learn from the past! Well done...

Surprising find outside of the city. Modern museum with a cool collection and machine recreations. Cool store too with interesting coins for sale.

19.10.2018 unique museum of coin production from 14.century till the closure of the mint 1868 with recommendable audioguide and impressive installations of mintworks.Just 4 Euros.Only minus-cafeteria was closed at our visit. But well worth after the mass of tourists at alcazar.

Well worth a visit. The entrance fee is very reasonable, and we rented an electrictronic guide. This was a bit muddled and we found out we missed a large section. The commitary is informative and entertaining.

Well renovated you can see the water mill that was used to make coins. However the restaurant by the river is below average.

Great museum. Really interesting, low price, and the hosts are really kind. They also speak fluent English. But the cafe is a touristic trap

Beautiful place. The Royal Mint is one of the oldest and most important industrial buildings in Europe. It was designed by Juan de Herrera one of the most influentials arquitects of Spain.
Highly recomended.

The staff are super nice, and the museum is informational. The aqueduct interpretation center is essential to understand the famous symbol of Segovia.

Should be rated higher in Google but it's a walk downhill (and up again afterwards). Note it closed 2-4 when we were there.
