Hotel is in very good condition, it has everything you need. And the pool area is perfect for children and parents. It has a section for smaller children and slides for everyone. It’s a family friendly hotel and I recommend it for everyone. I really like the staff, they were helpful, kind and funny i had no problem talking to them.

Very pleasant, clean and enjoyable hotel. Food was great, wide choice with different themes, honestly one of the best all inclusive food experience’s we’ve had. Rooms are clean and spacious, even though we were on fifth floor, there are three lifts which were reliable and swift. The hotel is placed out on the main street but away from the busy zone, however with a little walk you can get to the busiest zone within minutes making it a fun activity to do everyday. Outside there are typical tourist shops, reasonably priced food places and posh restaurants too, also supermarkets for your room snacks at a good price.

First holiday in ten years, first one for the kids and tbh I can't fault it! The rooms where clean and tidy the maids do a wonderful job, food was hit and miss but still managed to find stuff to eat each day. The pools where great and kids loved them, only down side was slides were shut which I think they could of kept open as so many kids there and weather was amazing!!!!!

The evening entertainment was ok could try some different things maybe and also not so late lol

Overall we as a family enjoyed it a d would if it popped up again on deals would definitely go again

This resort has mixed reviews and I'm glad I didn't let it put me off. The room was basic but clean and there was plenty to do so that we only were in the room to sleep. The hotel itself was lovely. My son loved the pools and arcade . There is also a small playground as well as numerous places nearby where you can drink coffee/cocktails on an outside terrace while watching your kids play on a playground that is basically part of the restaurants. We did half-board so this was how we spent most lunches while eating breakfast and dinner at the resort . The inclusive food had theme nights which we found quite fun . There was american night, Mexican night, Japanese and so on. My family all eats very differently and we all enjoyed it . I would recommend this place to friends.

I've seen all the bad reviews, so I thought I'd drop one as I think they're not on. The hotel is very clean and staff all they seam todo is clean, very friendly too. Pools are good for all the family with a bar for food and drink, also do activities for the kids, evening entertainment is very kid friendly. Location is great as there is a big strip with plenty going on down the road and right over the road from the beach. We had a double room that's cleaned when you want it to be, good-sized beds, wardrobe, mini fridge, and good shower. All in all, it's a very good place and I would definitely book this hotel again 👍🏻

We have just come back from spending a week at this hotel and it was fantastic. There are only 2 things that I can fault in our experience here but I'm not letting that affect my given rating..

1) Other hotel guests seem to forget that they aren't the only people staying at the hotel. Shouting and screaming very late at night / early hours.

2) I accidentally left my shoes down near the pool one day. I didn't realize this until after they locked the gate and upon asking can I just nip in and get them I genuinely felt like I'd comitted an awful crime and was about to be arrested. They were not impressed! I was initally told to wait until the following day when they reopened that area but the receptionist eventually had it opened for me.

Taking them 2 small things aside, it was brilliant. Just what we needed.
They could perhaps do with starting entertainment slightly earlier. The kids stuff didn't seem to start until around 9ish.

I had seen lots of negative reviews and was a bit worried BUT the hotel was amazing. Rooms were clean, always saw staff cleaning the restaurant/pool area/rooms. The staff were so helpful and great to interact with. My partner is gluten free and they went out of their way to make sure he had enough to eat even cooking him his own food. Highly recommend and will definitely be returning

Really good place to spend time with your family, particularly if you have children. Our kids loved the pools, the food, the disco, the games, the foam parties and the show each night!!!
We've had a great time and would definitely recommend to friends.

I have no idea why there are negative reviews! We spent 10 amazing days here and thoroughly enjoyed every minute!

It’s a family hotel that caters to children of all ages, it’s noisy and busy…and so it should be, everyone is happy and having a great time! The pools are amazing - we spent hours on the slides and loungers.

It’s a great base for day trips being right by the train station. We went to Barcelona, Callela, Blanes, Tossa and Lloret via train and bus, and it was so easy and convenient.

Food was great and varied, room was clean and had a lovely bathroom. Housekeeping came everyday to make beds and top up towels and toilet roll. And the beds are so comfy!! I needed some extra pillows and they were delivered to the room for me.

Staff are lovely - cannot praise the whole experience enough. 10/10 we will book again ❤❤❤❤

Excellent service, if you have kids this place has food, water adventure playground. On Saturday they have a disco for all. The staff are amazing? Hard working and very kind. If you dont have children. It noisy because everyone is having fun. It's near the beach and train station if you choose to go to Barcelona. Or take a cruise in opposite direction. This a perfect hotel. Any one says different are simply not telling the truth or a rival hotel.

I'm here with my family of 4 adults and 2 small children food is good, pool for children excellent. All very clean and tidy. Staff very attentive please ignore all the bad reviews x

We truly enjoy the hotel, lovely room, lovely food, lovely swimmingpools., everything was perfect. Our kids thought it was heaven, the swimmingpools kept entartained our 8 years old daughter and 2 years old boy all day everyday. We will defenetly return

Great spot for children. Easy access for visiting Barcelona. Right on the sea!

This is our last day (7th) in the hotel. Staff are very friendly. The hotel is clean and constantly see cleaners around. We didn't ask to clean our room just 2 times as we are not messy and why would you ask somebody to make up your bed. When the cleaner came to do the room she fully cleaned the bathroom and room as well fully moped etc. The pools are amazing we spent our time down there a lot. Yes the rooms are not big at all and we have 2 double joint together but we didn't come to spend our time in the room. Food: there are standards as fries, pizza etc and salads, next to it every day different choices. I'm fussy but every day we were full. All-inclusive is great especially with kids. Cocktails, slushy all day. The pool bar snack good to fill hungry stomachs after water fun ( burger, nuggets, hot dogs, fruits. Staff walks around with fruits and sangria. We have a fantastic holiday thanks hotel sorra daurada.

Hotel is right infront of the beach and very near to the train station.Good and happy service by Reception staff.Rooms were clean and Ventilated.There are 3 swimming pools for all ages. Food was excellent,tasty and Fresh.Lots of varieties in Food.Have Bar,Disney spectacle,live music show...lots of activities.Director Marcelo himself was taking care of Guests and he make sure that all are comfortable and Happy. Marcelo is truly professional and have lots of positive energy.Thanks to Juan also who helped us to get umbrella for our kids in the pool. Highly Recommendable

Love this hotel. Would definitely go back again. The kids pool was freezing. My 4yo loved the kids splash pool, so much to do in there for the little ones. Depending on what time you went down for breakfast or dinner there is a massive line for food. Lots of options to choose from

Ok, let's be honest, you get what you pay for and this isn't 5 star luxury but 8t 8s a decent hotel to enjoy a good holiday, other reviews mention the food and that is the only real negative, foods pretty awful if I'm honest so go half board and go out to eat which you really should do on holiday, hotel itself, myself and 7 year old son where very happy with it, staff and life guards where all friendly enough, ok there are hidden costs in every hotel so expect a few here too. rooms are standard and clean and we managed very well and where comfortable. the biggest positive are the pools though, absolutely amazing, 3 pools, one with slides, 1 with play thing and a great chill out pool too. beach straight over the road which is also awsome with great rubber raft assault courses in the sea, 13 euro for 1 hour and the best 13 euro IV ever paid. pleaty shops and marinaland too, it's a great place, we did 4 days and I'd be happy to go back for a week. if your complaint about nothing to do for 2 weeks then your on holiday for too long, I would definitely go back.
