Tropic Park Hotel

I spent a week in Tropic Park Hotel with my family and I was very satisfied with everything. I speak Spanish but I know the personnel speaks English really well. The whole staff was really nice and helpful. The animation programme with Iva was really cool. And the food...it was so delicious! Every day such a great variety of different kind of dishes. The roof top pool is a must. We will definitely come back.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at TropicPark hotel for 5 days and I can confidently say that it was an experience that exceeded all expectations. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warmth and hospitality that set the tone for an unforgettable stay. The staff at this hotel are the true gems of the establishment. Their genuine friendliness and dedication to ensuring a comfortable stay were evident from the start. They went above and beyond to accommodate my needs and were always ready with a smile and helpful advice. It's rare to find a team so committed to making guests feel at home. Lola and all the Kitchen Team as well as the reception staff are great!
Cleanliness is of utmost importance to me when choosing a place to stay, and this hotel did not disappoint. The rooms were impeccably clean and well-maintained throughout my stay.

We had a great stay at hotel tropic park. Location is perfectly located, it is on the boulevard against the beach. Supermarket is right next to the entrance and the boulevard itself has many cafes, shops, bars and clubs. The food was a new and diverse buffet every day, each day there is a different theme with matching dishes. The staff are very friendly and they all speak good and clear English. Everyone talks to you when you meet them. The rooms were cleaned every day, the balcony and the bathroom were also left neat and tidy. The animation regularly visited the pool to involve us in activities such as ping pong, aqua gym and much more. In short, we were able to really enjoy our holiday here for a week and every evening enjoyed the fun parties or activities that were organized within the hotel. We are looking forward to returning here next year!

We had a very pleasant stay at Tropic Park Hotel. Everything was just as we saw in the pictures and was advertised.

Very close to the beach, nice staff, and helpful when needed. Clean rooms and everything working perfectly.

Amazing food even have lactose free milk, which made me super happy, as I've never had this anywhere else. I usually have to bring my own. Great service we originally arrived late due to flight issues and our room was not made from previous guest, however we were given a clean room and we moved back to our room in the morning.
Staff are super friendly, the hotel is very relaxed. Entertainment is lacking, but it's not an issue for a short holiday. Otherwise, I would definitely recommend 👌

Great rooms with a view over the see. Amazing and attentive service. The only thing that was a bit off was the cold pool water and loud guests in the bar on the street below the hotel.

When we were there it was really quiet. This made nightlife bad as not much atmosphere and pubs and clubs very quiet. Great location and in busier times would be fantastic place to be. Everything is literally within a few minutes walk. Clubs bars and shops. The rooftop pool is lovely not very big but gives amazing views and great place to relax and tan.

The perfect place for holiday! Our room was exactly as advertised and all was immaculately clean with a lovely view to the sea! The food in the restaurant was always top notch, especially dinner! Nice and quiet and very close to the beach (100 meters) via a well maintained underground passage! The beach was sandy and clean!

Not a four star hotel, however more than we bargained for by far. Staff members are quite polite, food is okay. Pools are great, you get to the beach via underground passage.

Came here for a short break 24 weeks pregnant and definitely worth more than you pay! Lovely hotel and not quite sure what other people are talking about with the language barrier as although some staff struggle to understand the English there’s plenty of staff who can speak very good English. Food is lovely and the first holiday of 6 that my partner actually has chosen to eat in everyday/night! Breakfast isn’t quite up to our taste but we’ve never been anywhere where we’ve loved it. Entertainment yes isn’t in English however we are out of season. And all inclusive was exactly that… All inclusive. Three meals a day, snacks inbetween and drinks from 10-23:00 but we’ve been able to drink after 23 all inclusive. Overall very happy with the holiday as it’s a short break for me and my hubby before having our 2nd baby boy. Would highly Recommend!

Very nice hotel near the beach. The personal is very accommodating. Breakfast was heavenly! The rooms are clean with wonderful view at the terrace. The place is surrounded with stores, restaurant & clubs which you can party on. It's definitely a good time to be back there the soonest!😍😍😍

The best holiday in Malgrat de Mar you can have in Hotel Tropic Park. We stayied there in June. The food, rooms, staff ( Thanks to Marko, Mamadu, the catering Manager and all staff! ) were great. The roof top swimming pool is amazing, great view.
The location is briliant too.

Friendly staff, good food, efficient service. Athmosphere feels like coming home every time I visit. I have used this hotel for over 25 years and would not hesitate to recommend to anyone.

I don’t know where to start so I will start at the beginning. My wife had booked this hotel for my birthday holiday.

We arrived in Spain and our transfer was late (different company we had booked with) this meant by the time we arrived at the hotel the dinner time had passed. So me and my wife were thinking we would need to go out to eat and spend money which we didn’t want to.

When we arrived at the hotel we were greeted by very friendly. They offered that we could have dinner at the hotel, even though the time had passed they took us to the kitchen and let us enjoy a very nice dinner.

I have to mention the food selection for Breakfast and Dinner was amazing, so much food, they do different themes of foods every day. There is a huge selection plus a chef on hand who can cook specialities for you too. Food is amazing!

It was my birthday, so my wife had asked reception on the day whether they could do anything for me on my birthday (without telling me of course)
The reception lady said no problem and they would sort it. On my birthday as I went to dinner they had decorated my table with balloons and lots of other decorations. After dinner when I finished my food, all the staff came out with a cake (which they had baked on the day and I have to say it was amazing) and they all sang me happy birthday. To my mrs delight everyone who was sat for dinner at the time also joined in to sing along with me.
It was really nice of them to bake a cake and go through all that effort on the same day.

The hotel has good entertainment at night, in a good location and has a beautiful beach right in front.

I can not recommend this hotel enough. The rooms are amazing, the food is great with lots of variety, great location and the best staff you can get.

Very friendly staff from reception to bar, restaurant and maids. Room was fantastic with lovely sea view, clean with a daily fresh smell of disinfectant and bleach. Hairdryer in bathroom, fridge in room and also a safe, €20 a week. Wifi was free throughout the hotel!!!
Food, plenty of choice, meats and fish cooked to order , something for everyone. Nice outdoor area to eat too.
Pool was lovely, plenty of areas to sunbathe, roof top pool and a smaller pool with the main pool. Indoor pool which wasnt open during our stay.
Evening entertainment available nightly in the bar area, lots of lovely relaxing seating areas both inside and out.
I was very impressed with the hotel and i would hesitate to return or recommend it to others

Some of these reviews are laughable. This was a brilliant hotel and memorable stay. We checked in late 1am from delayed flights and were welcomed by friendly staff. Our room was spacious clean and modern. All the facilities you would expect. Food was a decent variety and they even had a grill station where they cooked fresh meats. All inclusive drinks were fair and a good variety. If you want other drinks like cocktails they do them half price. Loads of sunbeds, we never struggled to find a bed. There's a roof top pool if you want a nice view and quieter space. The street you're on has loads of shops and great nightlife with a few clubs. Buses and train lines rught on your door if you want to travel to neighbouring towns or into Barcelona. Evening entertainment was brilliant and loads of fun (disco/magicshow/bingo). Ive spent tripple what this hotel cost and had exactly the same experience. Definitely would come back!

Food was the best I've had at a hotel it's just across the road to the beach service was good but a lot of staff don't speak English. And I don't speak Spanish overall it was great

Lovely hotel situated right in the middle of malgrat de mar. Staff cannot do enough for you .

Great hotel, all staff were friendly and at no time was made to feel awkward being all inclusive. Food was great and different each night. Drinks outside were served in proper glasses unless you request plastic to be by the pool. Room was cleaned daily. The hotel has 3 outdoor pools and an indoor one. Evening entertainment very poor compared to others in the same area. Very noisy area in mornings with bin men and street cleaners as they start very early. Train track right in front of hotel but not too noisy. 30 seconds walk to the lovely beach
