Friendly, helpful staff and fantastic auditorium.

A very well-equipped office, with polite staff and a multitude of leaflets covering every interest in the locality. Well recommended to come here before visiting any parks (e.g. zoos), as the leaflets have money-off vouchers attached. We saved ourselves a fortune by visiting here on the first day.
