The spa is incredible, the place is amazing, easy taking appointments. The staff are friendly. The massage is very good. Their prices are good, The price included gym, spa & massage. There are parkings front of the spa. I have been going there for a year & the quality gets better and better.

Me and my boys went to the spa on the 29th of December 2023. Found the staff to be extremely helpful and informative (the receptionist) Lot was especially helpful. The facilities were super clean. Even if it is busy it's understandable because of the holiday season. I will definitely be coming back was my best spa experience ever

I was today as guest of other hotel they recommend, and had to admit this is far best Thai massage a had in years! Very professional and knowledgeable staff they speak English so they ask along as they work on! The ambient is very cozy and with full body massage you can avail complimentary two hours in their SPA! I can highly recommend and you can be sure they do their best! Even I’m in huge pain now but that’s why it’s called deep tissue massage!

So worth the money 55 euros for a 2 hpur spa and a 50 minute massage

My daughter took me for my birthday, what a lovely experience, the massage was one of the best. The spa was lovely, we went back again the following week. (we're currently on holiday in Spain)

Very nice spa break. 2h for 15 euros. Fish for feets are inclusive for 20 min. Steam sauna, ultra light sauna, 3 more heat saunas and cold water pool. Pool with lots of hydra massages.

Great value for money and excellent spa facilities. Thai massage was excellent.

Welcoming staff and very hard working , place was so relaxing with not too many people, my only suggestion would be take a drink although you can purchase them but complimentary water would be a very good idea for future

Infinity pool & facilities great. My massage was wonderful my only negative was the music. Calming music alongside crashing waves (2 lots at once) the lady couldn't alter it in the massage room, stopped me relaxing

The SPA is really nice, clean, a bit small, but overall very good. Staff speaks English and Ukrainian. Price is good, 50€ 2 hours of SPA and 50 min of massage. Saunas worked well. We tried Lom lom massage, beware, it's very STRONG. If you're not sure, choose another one. I went to different massage places in Asia for years and it was one of the strongest massages I had in my life.

It was an amazing experience. 1st time at a spa, and nice and relaxing on holiday.
I was so happy with the way the staff make you feel so welcoming. As a bigger lady 🫣 and going to a spa you think you are going to be judged. BUT not at all. I had the an hour in the pool, sauna, heat beds etc and treatment was reflexology for 50 mins. And it was wonderful.

Had an amazing time at the spa!!! Honestly best spa I’ve ever been too and the massage was SO relaxing. The lady was very gentle and applied just the right amount of pressure. It felt like a 5* experience and was such good value for money. Would go every week if I could.

Very clean and comfortable place. Not sure that I liked Thai treatment - it was just ok. I will definitely be back. One thing - add the air conditioning or vent system in the changing room - it is too hot in here and you can't even put on your clothes)

Such a lovely experience, we had 2 hours to enjoy the pools and the saunas, they even have an ice pool, the only thing that I found missing was the scrubbing salts, but even so it was really nice, because the jacuzzi had really good pressure. We got out of there exhausted but so relaxed. They even have passes so you can get a really good price. I will definitely go back.

Amazing place to relax. Price for Thai massage for two is reasonable and plus two hours of spa included are just a big plus. The spa itself was nice,we went in the early afternoon and it wasn’t overcrowded,also in the package had some refreshment and afterwards had one our of massage of choice. The women were real professionals and we felt very relaxed afterwards. We will definitely come back when in Benidorm again!

I like the ambiance and massage but the workers are a bit rude.
