Gran Hotel Bali

What a stunning hotel. Every aspect of my stay exceeded expectations. My room was huge for single occupancy with a good sized bathroom, plenty of storage space and an amazing view of Benidorm from my balcony.....pictures added. Food in the hotel was buffet self serve, but the quality was brilliant.....great selection for breakfast and even better for evening meal with fresh pizza, fish, beef. Service from everyone was exceptional and other facilities were great especially the pool which is awesome. Location wise it's away from the hustle and bustle but this isn't a negative because you can relax enjoy an amazing walk down to the beach and take in amazing views.

We didn't stay here as I'm a local but came to visit the Mirador. Every member of staff we spoke to was lovely & accommodating. The views were great. 6€ each & it includes a drink. Don't go if you have mobility issues or don't like heights as there's like a flight & a half of stairs apart from that, try it yourself.

What a great hotel! I stayed at the Gran Hotel Bali recently with my daughter for 4 nights. The hotel is very impressive in many respects. The public areas, room, restaurants and main bar area where shows are performed are all excellent. We were staying on a half board basis and the food was excellent - in addition to very sensibly priced drinks. The hotel's location close to the beach and at the quieter end of Benidorm is fantastic - nice and peaceful but not very far and a pleasant walk or cycle ride to the bustling centre and nightlife. We realised when we got back to the UK that we'd left a purse in our room. The hotel has found it and now it's in the safe possession of the excellent Hotel Manager who has taken personal responsibility for it until I arrange for it's collection. I would highly recommend this hotel and we will definitely be going back.

The staff have been unbelievable, so helpful and kind, they remember me every time I come in the bar and make me feel great. They all work so hard, I don't know how they do it. I can't mention just one person because they're all equally fantastic. I lost my ring that isn't worth much but it means a lot to me and went to ask at reception, not expecting it to show up but it did! It was handed in by the cleaners, goes to show how honest they are. I can't fault the food either, there's something everyday. The rooms need a little out of date but I was told they have upgraded a few floors and have more planned but makes it harder when they're open all year. Amazing experience, would definitely come back.

Lovely hotel and staff at the Gran Bali. Room was on the 34th floor and wow what a view, it was amazing. The room was very clean and maid service spot on.
We found the food fresh and plentiful, we never not found anything to eat with good choices each meal time. There is bars and restaurants around the hotel which we used but we also enjoyed a leisurely stroll along the front to the old town and new town. Overall I would recommend this hotel and will be returning again.

It's our third time at the hotel and the cleaning is great, it's spotless, the food is really nice, great variety! The location is great, only walk a few minutes to get to La Cala beach. The workers are all very pleasant and polite. All positives, no negatives and would definitely recommend. This area of Benidorm is a lot nicer.

Great hotel , two pools , for adults and children food was great , plenty of choice , about 3 km away from main strip in Benidorm ,plenty of buses to take you there or if you feel fit about 35 min walk 10 min walk to Beach

This is my 7th stay at this hotel and we will be back again next year. Our room was cleaned daily, the beds made and towels replaced, even when we were late going out. The beach, which is great, is only a 10 minute walk away and the bars/ cafes nearby are friendly and obliging.

Me and my family stayed at the hotel from 04/02/24 to 04/06/24 and we were simply delighted. The staff were immensely friendly. The breakfast was perfect and had a huge variety of food. Therefore, I always recommend this hotel to all my friends who live in the United Kingdom.

Staying here right now. The hotel is on the far end of old town. We walked all the way across the beach to the new town. Nice walk. Buses stop outside hotel its only 2 euro taxi in the night is 8 euro so its not dear.

Fantastic family hotel, Halloween is great, summer is great, and November festival is great, with great British dress up day

The hotel was very clean and tidy and the staff were helpful the only downside for me was the food as I was all inclusive but for me the food wasn’t very appetising and that’s obviously a massive part at an all inclusive stay, also only water available at lunch and dinner times, unless you paid for wine at the table.
Also my shower would go from warm to scolding hot them back to warm again so spent most of the time in the shower timing it right when I put soap on myself or washed my hair 🙄

Stayed here for 4 nights.
5 of us in 3 rooms. What a lovely hotel. Large comfortable rooms. Bathroom with a separate bath and shower.
Only the odd English speaking channel on the TV.
We stayed half board.. Breakfast and evening meal was very nice. A varied selection every evening.
The hotel is only a short walk to the beach.
A trip to the top of the hotel is well worth it. The view from the rooftop is amazing!!
We will definitely return to this hotel.

Lovely. Friendly and helpful staff, pleasant and good-natured guests. A comprehensive buffet of good food with drinks to match. Fabulous value in a great location. 👍

Wonderful and amazing hotel the highest on in all benidorme 43 th floor.the view from the top is taking a breath.the rooms are spacieuse clean very comfortable.the view from the room wonderful.3 big swimming pool.the restaurant very cozy and food very good .i lost word just woow

Absolutely loved my week here,foods not the best but everything else is amazing,easy access to taxis and buses into main benidorm or if you like walking it's a beautiful walk along the front,first class hotel at a fraction of the price

Whilst the hotel is not on the beach front, the staff are lovely and they looked after us. Anytime I got near the reception they would stand up bow slightly with hands together. Minibus to private area on the beach. We had breakfast at the hotel which was nice. Then the pool was really warm although not large but we enjoyed it there. Return to Bali some years later and stayed elsewhere and wished we had rebooked at the Grand Hotel Baii

Beautiful customer service experience with the lovely Anna and the gentle man on duty at the SPA. We loved it.

Lovely place loads of lifts for hotel,, bus stop on side of hotel that goes to benidorm, plus lots of local bars and restaurants near.
