Electrodomésticos Pineda

My phone was stolen and I was alone on vacation. So basically, I needed a new phone and a SIM card to at least be able to have some connectivity with home and a GPS to drive around. My spanish is close to mediocre and closer to inexistent. But the staff at Pineda was very kind and very understanding. They really took the time to organize a prepaid SIM card (although the provider wasn't that easy to contact via PC apparently) and they accepted to sold me the exhibition model of one of their phones. They were really nice and understanding. I would highly recommend. This shows the vital utility of having proper shops (as opposed to e-commerce) and having humans to talk to. Remember "buy local or bye bye local". Thank you again!

We needed advice on buying an estufa de gas, a butane gas fire.
We got the best advice and the best service too. Customer service like this doesn't exist where we live in France.
We were very impressed and 100% happy with our purchase.
Oh, and we bought a toaster too.

We bought a kettle here 16 months ago. The last time we visited Moraira we noticed that it was leaking and had small patches of rust all around the base and a couple on the side. We took the kettle back to the store and although they said it had become faulty due to poor maintenance they willingly exchanged it for a different model.
I doubt that we have got such a good service in the UK.
The staff are German and also speak English and Spanish, they are helpful without being pushy.

Bought a tv in February 2022. Paid just over 650 euros. Took out 5 year guarantee. Just got back to house after summer period (house not rented out) to find it’s not working. Called into shop to report it, 2 ladies not friendly or particularly helpful. Said manufacturer would be in touch within 24/48 hours. 5 days later no one been in touch. Now having to go back into the shop. Will see how they deal with me again. Update on the review of Pineda, after going back to the shop one of the ladies Carolina went above and beyond in helping us. Still not sorted tv out but it’s Samsung who do not provide good service.
