Never visit a hospital before for myself. This is the first time i visit this hospital. It was perfect from the moment i walked in. The receptionist helped me in English, a Dutch receptionist was also possible. After a check with a English spoken doctor i need a new appointment in a another hospital. Dutch spoken manager Ruben made a new appointment for the same day. This is best service i ever experienced. The hospital is clean and modern, the service had a personal touch you wont experienced in other hospitals.

Went to the clinic twice during some time spend in Spain (holidays). Both my doctor as well as the clinics manager were very friendly and did not seem to be in a rush. This makes you feel heard.

Even though I used services on my own expense as I am not a permanent resident, I was given extended information regarding payments and how to request reimbursements from my (travel) insurance.

Lastly, the clinic looks neat and clean, has plenty of parking available and had flexible working hours.

I did not wait long.
The doctor knew what was wrong, and helped me a lot

I attended today for a mammogram and the service was excellent and very professional. The reception staff were friendly and efficient and the checking in process was all straight forward. The app is great, telling me amongst other things that there was 1 person in the queue in front of me. I was in and out within 30 mins. Also the radiography department was spotless!

Went on a Sunday after accident to be checked out. Was seen very quickly, excellent service

Yes there was a bit of a queue despite having an appointment but it went really quickly and I literally got my results within 30 mins so totally worth it. The guy I had was called Moses who was very accommodating and professional.

Fantastic service, very professional and extremely easy process.

We arrived early expecting a waiting time but was seen immediately some 39mins prior to our appointment.

FIRST CLASS SERVICE UNDERSTAND. VERY IMPRESSED

We booked fit to fly Antigen test online on 20/07/2021 midday and arrived 5 mins earlier. Few people were waiting at the door and we had to wait only about 10 mins.
The results were sent to us 20 mins later.

My family and I did a pcr test yesterday and the results were negative and they saved the antigen test 4 hours before our flight. The service was great !!! Thank you Moises

They were amazing, moises was wonderful, kind and put our daughter at ease when she cried. He was a credit to you. We are very happy

Very nice and professional persons who take a good care of me and very kind and attentionate. Two nurses (Cristina and Moises) took a complete care of my injuries.

I took a Fast PCR Test and it was very good, very quick and very modern, it does not hurt at all and I had the best Dr!! would 100% recommend.

PCR test - I was so so nervous, but Moises was so quick and gentle with the test. I felt nothing and I could not be more grateful for his work!

Wonderful place. Staff kind, profesional and made me feel totally at ease.
