The hardware shop is always an absolute pleasure to visit. The resources are impressive but more than that, the service is delightful. It's well informed, it's bilingual, it's warm and its efficient. Excellent. The five stars are for the shop team. The service on the "other'' side is a remarkable contrast. The Reception girls do their best but the follow up service is hopelessly slow in response time, no proactive communications on progress with orders (like manufacturing new doors) and generally the guys need some customer service training. They'd get 2 stars!

Excellent DIY store, they have a workshop and will make to measure anything wood, the staff very knowledgeable and speak English. 1st class shop

Muy profesionales . Saben aconsejar

Ich brauchte fürs Haus, ein nicht so häufig vorkommenden Schloss. Leider viele Ferreterias erfolglos aufgesucht, hier wurde mir prompt geholfen und das Schloss nach Katalog bestellt. Die Wartezeit ist zwar landestypisch über eine Woche, aber dass ist es wert. Des weiteren bekommt man hier alles was man so braucht und was nicht da ist wird kurzerhand bestellt. Deshalb 5 Sterne. Sprache ist spanisch und etwas Englisch.
