We called in today to look at ovens and I was surprised that in about 20 minutes everything was sorted out and the oven will be delivered in 3 days. The shop is quite small with limited stock but it's well laid out and everything is easy to find. The staff are extremely helpful and give good advice. There was a charge for delivery and fitting but it's well worth it and the old appliance will be taken away. I am happy to recommend this store.

In the shop in Benitachell the service was great. Listened to what I wanted. Produced a selection on screen that matched my preferences. Went through comparison of features of those selected and, once I had made my decision, confirmed that it would be available the following day and a delivery appointment was made to suit me. Price clear, guarantee clear and charge to deliver into the house, set up and removal of old machine advised.
Exactly on time the delivery arrived. Two very pleasant guys carried it up the steps, taking a moment to close the gate behind them as they could see I have dogs, carefully brought it through the house, removed packaging, power on and set correctly, instruction book etc placed on top. Balance paid and bill signed in confirmation of receipt. Packaging taken away.
Absolutely spot on service all round. Exactly as it should be but not always encountered. A pleasure to deal with human beings and not a machine, not to have a 14 hour time slot for delivery and to buy locally always a bonus. A very happy customer. Thank you.

BEST SERVICE in the area for electronics and appliances and don't think buying local costs more than online as they will price match legitimate web prices from other vendors. They also sell NESPRESSO capsules which is handy!! HIGHLY recommend.

Excellent service. Needed a dishwasher, told them a price point and colour. Arrived in Spain, it was at the shop, no prepayment required. Planning now to get a new hob and oven, will not look elsewhere. Spain really is like buying white goods back in the day, service is all in the price and I have no issue paying for that.

Die Mitte August gekaufte Waschmaschine war defekt und der Hersteller wollte nicht kommen.
Nach Klärung im Geschäft vor Ort durch meine Mieterin wurde die Maschine gegen ein anderes Modell letzten Donnerstag getauscht.

Ich kaufe seit Jahren hier ein. Als ein Gerät kaputt war, habe ich ohne Komplikationen Ersatz erhalten. Geräte werden aufbewahrt und zum Wunschtermin geliefert. Die Mitarbeiter sind sehr freundlich und beraten sehr gut. Das Sortiment ist klein, aber fein und auch die Preise sind fair. Gerne immer wieder!!!

Wij hebben hier onze vaatwasser gekocht,we werden vriendelijk geholpen. Na 1.5 jr deed de aan en uit knop het niet meer. Wij naar de zaak terug, zij regelde dat de vaatwasser ( nog in de garantie tijd ) gerepareerd zou worden. Dat ging van Zanussi uit niet helemaal zoals het hoorde, we moesten 1.5 week wachten voor er iemand kwam, toen hij kwam keek hij er alleen naar en zei dat hij de week er op donderdag of vrijdag zou bellen, wat helaas niet gebeurde. Dus ik heb wederom gebeld naar de medewerker van Euronics, die heeft gelijk gebeld met Zanussie, het werd vrijdag of maandag de week er op. Het werd dus maandag,helaas ging dat niet zoals het zou moeten gaan ,de deur zat scheef gemonteerd,de plint lag er uit en de man boorde met het bevestigen v d machine deur door de opbouw deur. Ik had er foto’s en video's v gemaakt. Daarmee naar de zaak gegaan, de medewerker ging gelijk bellen met Zanussi , hij heeft de video's en foto's via een mail naar Zanussi gestuurd. Ik werd nog dezelfde dag geappt door iemand v Zanussi dat ik een nwe deur kon bestellen en de rekening in kon dienen. Ik kan alleen maar lof uiten naar de medewerkers v Euronics die echt alles gedaan hebben om ons te helpen en alles naar behoren op te lossen. Super👌

... sehr gut sortiert, alles was man braucht - Ausgefallenes wird zum nächsten Tag bestellt. Aber herausragend ist der Service. Selten habe ich erlebt, dass das Kundeninteresse derart im Mittelpunkt steht, selbst wenn es für den Laden vordergründig ein "Nachteil" bedeutet. Dabei ist der Kontakt zum Kunden und die Freundlichkeit echt und nicht (wie so oft) aufgesetzt.
