Agency were superb, could not be faulted, made the trip very enjoyable and hassle free. Even did an arrival shop for us and a great choice of local wines.
Had a small issue with the AC, they were out within 15 minutes, 30 minutes later a swarm of engineers arrived and was sorted within an hour, could not be better.

Excellent experience with solhabitat yet again. This is the 2nd time we have booked with them and the service is exemplary. They offer great and honest advice when booking. Once at their properties they are quick to respond to any questions or requests. All the staff go out their way to help with anything you need. I can't recommend them enough and will book again with them the next time we go to Moraira.

Alquilaba mi casa con otra agencia, pero tuve malas experiencias y decidí cambiar. Me hablaron muy bien de Solhabitat y se la ofrecí a ellos.
Al principio estaba un poco preocupada por si volvía a tener problemas, pero ahora después de varios años con ellos estoy contentísima. Se preocupan mucho de que el inquilino cuide bien la casa. Me informan constantemente y se ocupan del mantenimiento de la casa y eso es fundamental para mí que vivo a más de 100 kilómetros de Moraira.
Tienen un número reducido de casas y eso se nota porque el trato es muy personalizado, algo que a menudo falta en otras agencias de alquiler de casas.
Recomiendo esta agencia totalmente por su buen trato y profesionalidad.

Fantastisch kantoor om een perfecte vakantie aan de Costa Blanca in Spanje te boeken. Heel deskundig en vriendelijk personeel wat eventuele problemen razendsnel en vakkundig oplost.
