Sercotel Hotel Ciutat d'Alcoi

This hotel was a good choice for a brief stay in Alcoy. The room was nicely appointed and clean, with lovely views of the city. The shower was great, with lots of hot water and a big shower head, and the towels were big and fluffy. The breakfast buffet was delicious, with nice variety of all the classic options. The breakfast room itself was a treat, with comfortable, elegant seating and a great panoramic view of the bridges and ravine.

Really no negatives. A much better experience than i was expecting. Room was well appointed [ but no kettle / coffee or tea sachets] ; hotel was quite stylish looking. Cold Buffet breakfast was fresh and tasty with a decent choice for most tastes. Car parking tip : if arriving in the evening / weekend the street outside the hotel seems to have spaces available - and they are free / unlimited. So don't go into car park opposite [ part of shopping centre / cinema complex] without checking full length of street first. Oh and note: hotel restaurant not open Sundays [ we went to German / Bavarian [!!] bar across the main road and off to the right - and were well looked after]

We had an amazing short stay. The hotel was spotless and the staff very helpful and friendly. We stayed in a disabled room for my husband which didn't cost us anymore. Thank you. The room was large and warm and the beds very comfortable. Unfortunately my husband still found it difficult to shower as he needed a grab rail. The maids did an excellent job and the room smelled so clean. Staff on reception was warm, welcoming and very helpful. A shame we couldn't use more facilities, but that's to be expected due to current restrictions. Location was perfect for us. We will return, hoping to in October for our wedding anniversary. Thanks again for everything.

Stayed for two nights as room only. Price was reasonable. Private car parking was available, at the hotel, for a small fee.Staff very friendly and helpful.The room had good air conditioning and was of a good size. Bathroom had a large bath with good shower over. The hotel is situated about 10 minutes walk from the centre, there is a new shopping centre across the road, and several good small cafes a few minutes walk away. Would recommend this hotel.

Wonderful, comfortable beds, large room and wonderful bathroom. The staff, great. Hard to find a great hotel that welcomes dogs, even had a dog bed in the room for ours!

Very modern and well run hotel, the staff were very helpful and friendly. The facilities were all you could ask for, even down to the secure bike storage in the parking.
