Impossible to get an appointment in Benidorm so the nearest station was Alcoy. Really efficient friendly service, the man testing my car even spoke English, no wait before my appointment, warmed up the engine nicely with the drive and no stress, thanks for the excellent service.

Fast, efficient and very helpful

Got there at 8.15AM this morning with my moto, the guy's doing the inspecting both spoke English, had a very minor problem which they sorted for me, very kind and helpful, left with a pass in 40min. Fantastic.

Our first ITV on our car, we were very nervous but all went very well, not least because the people were so very friendly and helpful. Highly recommended.

Mot station very popular very thorough friendly staff. But they are slow that's the only downside.

Hemos ido unas horas antes de nuestra cita, por cuestión de viaje.
Pero nos atendieron al momento de llegar, ya que no habían coches, fueron muy amables y súper rápido todo.
Nos vamos felices.

L'atenció molt correcta i amable. A més atenen en valencià. Sense cues aclaparadores com les d'Alacant ciutat i amb correcció i rapidesa, sense esperes absurdes i sense raó. Tornarem a passar la inspecció del cotxe a Alcoi.
