Route 66 Tabernas

Nice motorhome stop with all facilities. Cafe has plenty memorabilia to look at. Friendly staff. Themed area under construction hope to return when complete looks great.

Had some food and drink here on Saturday 23 December 2023 while staying not far at Fort Bravo. Large car park, large venue, lots of happy drinkers in the bar area from Denmark, France and other places, younger locals playing pool and hanging out. Met the owners and had a photo with them. Other half says best burger he's ever had, priced at same prices as UK gastro burgers.

What a lovely place where you least expect it. The staff are friendly and very welcoming. The owners speak perfect English so don't worry about that. There is mini golf to the side. The decor is great with something interesting throughout. They usually have a live band at the weekend which gets very busy so try and book if you know you want to visit. The food is nice and plentiful. There are some flies but expect that in rural spain. Nothing can be done about it unfortunately. So try not to judge them on that. Everything else makes up for it.

We popped in for a cold drink and snack. Lovely large terrace to sit and enjoy the sun. Waiter greeted us and brought over the menu. Soon had our ice cold cokes, with ice and a slice of lemon, 🍋 served in a coke glass and toasted bread, jam and butter. Great pit stop. 😋😋😋

Good place to eat and listen to music on a Saturday. Pity the band took so long to set up and do sound checks. They were doing sound adjustments all through first set.

Very friendly, this female Belgian owner. We got some stickers for the motorbikes for free.

A quirky stop. Very motorhome friendly. Can park for free on the bare area to the left of the bar/restaurant. Or €5 to park in the area down the back that is being developed. Well worth it. Quiet and away from any road noise.

Absolutely brilliant very busy and staff work flat out none stop.
Great atmosphere

We have visited Route 66 on a few occasions, nice atmosphere and pleasant staff. A meeting place for Bikers, and live music most weekends which is very busy.
The food is basic but very good and not overpriced.
Draft Beer on tap including a Belgium Beer.
Lovely place we'll worth a visit.

Great food while you're trackdaying In Andalucia or Almeria

Really good prices , Nice people! Really worth stopping by for a drink / snack or a stop to eat before or after spending a Day in the desert.

A great atmosphere for a themed restaurant. Ribs were great and beer nice and cold. Price good. A real oasis in the desert

Awesome Americana themed restaurant and bar! Very friendly staff.

We enjoyed the experience here. Food was ok. We had the burger, which was very good. The second time we ate there. I had chicken with peanut sauce. The chicken was very moist and tasty. Beers are cold! Plenty of room inside and outside to eat and drink. Also a motorhome parking. The only down side to the motorhome parking is the road noise and the dust. I believe there is to be more motorhome parking out back, so that maybe less noisy.

We went here for dinner when we stayed at Texas Hollywood, wide selection of food, the food was really good, I had a rack of ribs, the only issue was the price of them when the bill came they were €2 more, apparently the menu had been changed by adding a sticker with new price but this had been removed. Great place for kids they have a park and pool tables.

Just spent the afternoon/evening here and what a wonderful time we had! Great service from the very friendly staff and very tasty food 😋 would highly recommend you won't be disappointed

Wonderful little find, Dog and kid friendly, lovely staff and the service was fantastic, felt like we where the only ones in,👍 food was lovely we all chose Beef ribs🐄 with spicy sauce,🌡 lip smacking good, 😋would definitely recommend a visit, ♥
