Hotel Barcelona Golf Resort 4*Sup

My husband and I ended up at this hotel unexpectedly as our flight canceled, and all passengers were dispersed to the nearest hotels. We arrived and we’re very tired and disgruntled. As soon as we walked in the door the hotel staff was amazing. They greeted everyone with a warm welcome and the lines moved quickly as the staff moved along to make sure everyone had a room. We were welcomed with fruit flavored water, and also a packaged dinner, which was very good. I would like to give a special recognition to the general manager Neus who literally was there greeting us helping check us in making sure we had food and drinks. Although Neus’s shift had ended, she remained at the hotel to make sure that everything was adequate with her guests, and with her staff.Neus went above and beyond and is by far a great asset to your company. I commend the excellent customer service and understanding of Hotel Barcelona Golf. I honestly made a mistake in booking this hotel. I requested our non-refundable reservation to be cancelled immediately.

What an amazing hotel. We are staying at it currently. Its really quite and further away from al the tourists. A 40 minute drive from the caves & Montserrat. It's an former Hilton hotel and you can see it in the big luxes rooms. I really don't understand the negative comments. The room is clean, big, the swimming pool clean & nice. 5 stars from us!

Nice hotel in a beautiful environment. Personnel is very friendly. Breakfast and dinner (buffet) are good quality. Rooms are modern, clean and spacious. Unfortunately a little noisy, I could here my neighbours talk. The price of a room, and the price of dinner is not high.

Stunning decoration and exceptional service. We loved the vibe of the staff especially Llorenjo from the bar/restaurant. Everything was amazing, thank you so much!

It's far from the city witch is perfect for us, we drive where we need to go, the beach, downtown, cave's then we come back to peace.

I have fallen in love with this hotel. It's a bit too far from the Barcelona city centre, but this place has an other level of grandeur and magnificence to it. Staff is not that fluent in English. My Spanish had helped me out there. For non-spanish speakers, I recommend to use Google Translate all the time. Otherwise, the service, the rooms, the breakfast buffet, all were tremendously good

Nice hotel , would of liked to use the spa but it was out of order . However nice stay and staff were nice .
