Restaurant L' Arcada

Beautiful venue with a local ambiance. Perfect for any group size as they offer down and upstairs seating along with outside. Ordered two glasses of white wine (3.50pp), fisherman’s rice (21€pp), and a coconut lemon cake(6.50).

Fisherman’s rice: 10/10. Perfect seasoning and good amount of seafood. Highly recommended.

Coconut lemon cake: 3/10. Although they have many house made cakes, I was disappointed with this one. It was on the drier side and crumbled immediately after getting a spoonful. The icing seemed old or left out for a while as well. However….. with an espresso, the cake rose back up from the dead and was edible.

Despite the dessert, I’d come back again. Maybe next time, I’ll for the waiter’s recommendation of the red velvet.

Loved this beautifully designed amazing place! The pasta carbonara, and the paella were so delicious. We got the dinner three course menu, and it was worth every penny. The desserts were out of this world. I wish I could go back and just eat desserts there. We got the custard and a cake! We got the sangria pitcher, it was delicious. Highly recommend.

We were dining early on a Tuesday evening and looking for a quiet place that was not too expensive and had some good vegetarian options. The proprietress was brisk and friendly and whisked us to an outside table almost before we knew what was happening.

We shared a large platter of grilled vegetables with romesco and romaine lettuce and a zarazuela; both were delicious. We sipped mint tea while the rain came down, but we were protected by the canopy and very content.

We needed a cab back to our hotel and the owner was kind enough to call one for us; when it took a long time for him to show up, she called again and explained how to find us.

I wish now that we had tried one of the desserts, they look very good!

It’s a nice restaurant at the corner of a alley, a few minutes walking from the beach. We liked its quietness and comfort. Service was good and also the food. The Pulpo a la gallega was the best we have tried in Spain, the potato was super delicious! Alcachofas con gambas was sooo good!

Lovely fish restaurant, just off the main thoroughfare. Great food and wine selection. Took the three course lunch option. Wonderfully caring and special service.

Of our 10 days in Spain so far, our best meal to date (and we've had some very good meals)! Invited us in for a drink as they were preparing to open, service was wonderful and the food delicious. Very happy we found L'Arcada while we were strolling around town!

The shrimps are interesting but nothing impressive… 4€ the shrimp is quite a lot.

Very familiar and friendly!

Great location, very good service. Very fresh food for a good price. Had munkfish and expected to get a small tail. Got the whole thing. Cooked to perfection. Octopus was beautiful. There are lots of homemade cakes to choose from. Carrot cake was top notch. Don’t order “tiramisu” if you are Italian, as will get very mad. This is a general rule for Spain tho.

Friendly, welcoming, efficient staff (they serve the beers fast!). Great food. Value for money. The daily menu for lunch, at €18 is a good choice, with plenty of options for all three courses. Highly recommend the mussels fisherman-style, the Suquet (a Catalan seafood soup) and paella. If your party includes someone not keen on seafood, they also have very meat options on their menu.

Customer service was excellent, the food beautiful and the price more than fair. We really enjoyed our visit, we even booked to go again before we leave.

There was the perfect amount of time between courses and we felt very well looked after.

My friends and I spent a few evenings for drinks and dinner here. Everyone was enjoying the sunshine during the day and delicious food for dinner was an awesome way to finish. Staff is very nice and easy to communicate. Prices are not higher at all. Fully recommended
