Wonderful address in the Jewish quarter to enjoy some local cuisine in a beautiful setting. The restaurant has multiple levels, each with unique decor and colour palette. I was offered to try their local sherry (white) that I completely enjoyed. I also had a portion of their Spanish tortilla and loved it!

I’ve been here twice now. Highly recommend!! Excellent food, outstanding service, great atmosphere. From appetizers, wine, main course, to desert, everything I’ve had has been excellent. Known for their grilled meat, I would highly recommend the mix of grilled meat, or another grilled selection such as the galacian. Anytime I’m in Cordoba, this will always be a stop for me.

The salmorejo and fried eggplant is the one thing for what you should come here. Yes I know it’s a meat place, but those two things are an amazing combination and here they prepared it pretty good.

Beside that the churrasco and meat in general look pretty decent.

The servers are old school, old old old school, they will serve but at their own pace

We had the spanish tortilla and fried aubergine for starters. The rabo de toro (oxtail), mutton chops and beef sirloin. The mutton chops are a must!

For dessert, we had the flan and fried milk. The flan was a little on the sweet side but the fried milk was really cool with a scoop of ice cream on the side.

Be aware that they charge €2 per person for bread. The servers were also a little inattentive.

We had a very pleasant experience at this restaurant. The food was delicious (had the salmorejo, chipirones, presa , churrasco and a gin tonic jelly with lemon sorbet dessert). The waiter was very pleasant and had a great sense of humor (in Spanish
language) The location is very centric and not too obvious to spot, but inside was of good size. It was full of local people which usually is a good indicator of food quality. 100% recommend.

Great grilled beef, red wine, dessets, and services. Price is accpetable for food quality, taste, services.

Great restaurant in the heart of old Cordoba, just a minute from Mezquita Cathedral. Nicely decorated with several indoor and outdoor dining spaces. Friendly and professional staff, tasty ox tail and lamb. Absolutely fair prices. Don’t miss it if you are visiting Cordoba!

The best food we had in Córdoba! Great service, we had the house reccomend dishes and wine.

They were very kind to find space for us at late notice while they were busy. And the service was great. The waiters were all very helpful and nice.
The food was very good. We ate some typical Cordoba dishes (grilled pork, beef stew, and grilled octopus) and all were tasty.
Location was also very good. Near the Mesquita and our accommodations.
Would recommend any day!

Excellent choice. If you love meat. This is the meat palace. I ordered the fried boquerones, a small salad with atun and the paradilla. It's a plate loaded with different cuts of meat. Chorizo. Morcilla, lomo, steak. Etc. Served with batata and roasted green peppers.

Very decent and traditional restaurant. The first time we were there was 2012. It was still a quiet local place, although almost fully booked. The staff did not say any English.
Apparently google maps and the Michelin guide has made this place a hot spot. We arrive at 8.30 to be surprised with a very lively hall, with all kinds the customers. The dished remained very decent and traditional. Freshly pressed orange juice was served for my wife because she is pregnant.
We love this place and would definitely revisit if we come to Cordoba again.

Amazing meat. When I asked they told me “everything is good” what I asked for was in fact either good, or superb. Salmon was cooked slightly too much for my liking but not that much that it would be over cooked, so it actually was a good salmon. That said: go for the meats: wagyu “delicias” were superb. The vaca rubia was also great (even though I had comminted the mistake of asking for the wagyu first which is usually dissastrous, still don’t do that mistake and so not ask for wagyu before other meat). House wine was a reasonable pairing with the meats. Bread service was bad regarding bread great regarding their “palillos” that were delicious. For dessert I had a turron with Xerez, exquisit and unexpected flavor. Service was also great. We were there late so we ended up in one of the back rooms, but clearly with reservation the restaurant has great atmosphere (thus the 5 stars and the absense of pictures).

always my best restaurant in cordoba. we had lunch and dinner to appreciate this establishment well. their wine list is vast with red. you may ask for food modification too as you wish as long as you can communicate with the lovely waitres. Amazing!

Amazing food. Typical Spanish dishes cooked to perfection. Try the fried baby cuttlefish, pigs cheeks, scrambled eggs with wild mushrooms and prawns - too many to mention! For dessert the Tocino de cielo takes some beating. ¡Que aproveche!

Love this restaurant, we come every time we visit Córdoba, it has to be one of the best meat restaurants in Spain! We queued outside awaiting the opening of doors at 8.30pm. Most people had reservations for the restaurant but we wanted traditional tapas & to sit by the bar. We got the perfect seat in front of the chef who was super friendly, along with our excellent waiter. Gorgeous food, come here!

Thank you for a wonderful evening. Mr Pēna and Mr Grande were particularly fabulous- best waiters ever. The food was spectacular also.
