All excellent....could not fault the hotel...breakfast was good as well...

Nice hotel, I would say is the best on the city. Good location, confortable bed, big bedroom… in addition if there is a football match against ponferradina fc the players of the visitant team will sleep there

very nice staff! The receptionist was fantastic and super helpful! Beautiful room and they did a great job personalizing a whole experience by leaving me chocolate truffles, gummy bears and a personalized note. I get it I'm a platinum in the Marriott system but this was above and beyond! Good job AC Ponferrada!!!

Very convenient location. Nice rooms and overall good service. Breakfast is fine. Only missing a gym, just an eliptic or a treadmill would do it.

Great hotel. The staff was so kind. The rooms are above average for Europe. The continental breakfast was just fine. Glad I stayed one night here during my Camino journey.

Nice hotel, but not a terrific choice on my part as it was not convenient to the Camino. Room was very nice and staff was friendly and helpful - my fault for reserving without correctly checking location. Just a little more walking...

Ubicado a 15 minutos del centro histórico. Aunque dispone de parking, no es difícil aparcar en la zona.
Las habitaciones son cómodas y limpias.
Es desayuno buffet bastante completo y el trato del personal exquisito.

Wir sind auf dem Jakobsweg, das Hotel war im Vorfeld gebucht. Wir kamen abgekauft und durch Regen auch verschmutzt an. Wir wurden sehr freundlich empfangen, sogar unser Zimmer wurde getauscht, da das geplante noch nicht fertig war ( ohne das wir darum gebeten haben). Das Zimmer war wirklich wunderschön, das Bad noch schöner. Das Frühstück ,bietet weitaus mehr als man braucht, ich muss gluten-und - lactosefrei leben, was hier Standard ist. Bestes Frühstück, was ich je in einem Hotel hatte. Ein großartiges Hotel.
