JALEO Burger & Tapeo

This is an absolutely lovely place. My friend and I can't really speak Spanish, but the owner and our service attendant went out of their way to help us. The food was amazing and prices were very reasonable. I also loved the general atmosphere of Jaleo. I am happy to recommend this to any visitor!

I've been to Jaleo few times now and each time's been absolutely amazing. Love the atmosphere, super clean place, lovely staff and the food is simply divine. I am pretty confident in saying they serve the best burgers I've ever eaten.

Not just a good burger, but the BEST burger I’ve had!
This little Leonese establishment, Jaleo de Pontferrada could go unnoticed; you’d pass by and think it’s just another snack bar, beer cafe, maybe some low key tapas.
Think again!
Go in, check out their range of tasty tapas, burgers and desserts. But I highly recommend you try, try, try their amazing, LOVE burger, recent runner up (!) for “la mejor hamburguesa en España” for the region of Castile y Leon.

La comida es excelente y hay opción vegetariana. Las Hamburguesas muy buenas con una presentación muy original. El local tiene un estilo muy agradable y armónico. El trato muy bueno, el camarero muy simpático, atento y amable. El local estaba a tope de gente, aun así con tanto trabajo cómo tenía nos atendió con una sonrisa en la cara. Llegamos y no tardaron mucho en atendernos y servirnos. Excelente en todo. Mis felicitaciones. Nos ha gustado tanto que repetiremos.

Tanto el ambiente como el personal es perfecto.
Las hamburguesas son por demás, de lo mejor que he probado en la vida. Disfrutas en cada bocado. Se nota la calidad en todos los ingredientes.

Fuimos a cenar desde león con mi novia y una amiga y la verdad que vale la pena desplazarse solo para comer esas hamburguesas. Comimos la love (subcampeona el año pasado del campeonato de hamburguesas) y la remember (la que compite este año) y ambas estaban buenísimas, Carme súper jugosa, el pan en su punto de tostado y la combinación dulce salado increíble, muy muy bueno. Ambas valen mucho mucho la pena. Además, el camarero (que creo que es el jefe) súper amable, nos ayudó en la recomendación. Reservar con 4-5 días antes

Hemos cenado de 10, todo lo que pedimos estaba riquísimo.
Raciones generosas. Patatas bravas pedimos 1/2R.
Trato por parte de todo el personal excelente, lo que ayuda a disfrutar más de la experiencia.
En cuanto al ambiente del local, quizás el aire acondicionado estaba un poquito alto.

Ambiente y comida maravilloso! Las hamburguesas están muy muy ricas, nosotros cogimos la love y la de homer, ambas estaban muy buenas pero la mejor sin duda la love, una de las mejores hamburguesas que he comido.
A mayores pedimos las alitas que estaban BRUTALES, incluso mejor que las hamburguesas. No pudimos tomar postre porque acabamos a reventar, la ración de las alitas es muy grande y llena bastante, las hamburguesas también son grandes.

El chico que te atiende y te lleva la comida es muy agradable. Repetiré sin dudarlo!!
