Bodegas Corral (Don Jacobo)

Even though they were about to close, the staff still provided us with exceptional attention. The wine tasting experience was amazing, and we also enjoyed walking around the beautiful premises. I will definitely be returning.

We booked online and we were hosted by a nice lady for our tour. We could admire the underground huge barrel hall, the tasting room, the ingenious winebars inside cement tank and inside land rover. The wines were great and the accompanying products as well. Prices go from more basic and upper for special products.

We really enjoyed tasting delicious wines at the winery and also hearing explanations about each wine! It was delicious and of high quality and I highly recommend visiting there!

We had to miss our original time due to transit issues and Alejandro was very accommodating. He’s very personable and knowledgeable. Even emailed us recs for Logrono and San Sebastián. Beautiful winery and great wine. Highly recommend!

Had a great visit at Don Jacobo this morning. Alejandro was to be a great host & communicator. A fascinating look behind the scenes included the barrel park & bottle room. Even for a small winery the sheer scale is amazing. Alejandro also provided a detailed historical timeline for the winery which was followed by a relaxed tasting. A couple of aged reds paired with chorizo & cheese proved to be a great combination with plenty of wine to go round.

A fantastic and informative tour behind the scenes at Don Jacobo.... Alejandro was a brilliant guide- we learnt a lot! He is an asset to the company. We enjoyed the wine tasting with nibbles before we took a beautiful tour of the vineyards on horseback. All organised smoothly and efficiently by the team.. would 100% recommend. Wonderful.

Alejandro is a legend. Loved the vineyard, he gave us recommendations for the entire region. The best winery experience I’ve ever had.

Very informative tour around the vineyard. You will learn a lot about the wine from Rioja. And of course the wine tastes delicious :)

Ha sido una visita muy interesante. No teniamos cita y sin embargo, Sara ha sido super amable y nos ha enseñado la bodega, los viñedos, la reconversión de las tinajas de hormigon y el paso de los peregrinos. Sin duda, recomendable. 👍🏻👍🏻

La experiencia nuestra fue: visita a la bodega + cata + paseo a caballo. Duro en total 3 horas, tres horas de encanto y aprendizaje.

Hola! Nosotros henos cogido el Domingo pasado el pack para visitar la bodega y para poder montar a caballo. Ha sido una experiencia muy interesante y hemos recibido un muy buen trato por parte de Alejandro,el vino esta muy bueno, el vino rosado ha sido uno de los mejores que he probado. En el centro hipico ha estado fantastico , los caballos estan bien domados y los dueños muy amables con nosotros.

Sensacional. Visita discernida y ambiente informal. Muy cómodos con Alejandro. Cata de vino tinco crianza estupendo y blanco muy agradable. La bodega maravillosa; barricas, zona cata... Recomendable 100%.

Fuimos anoche al wine bar y fue una experiencia maravillosa. Precios razonables, vistas preciosas y buena música. Hay una vista genial de las viñas y el puesto de sol. Repetiremos sin duda!

Hace un par de meses hice una visita con unas amigas. Fue increíble. Tuvimos una guía muy maja, que nos hizo una visita muy entretenida. El vino que probamos estaba buenísimo. 100% recomendable!!

Hace unos días vino mi familia de Galicia a visitar la Rioja, les lleve a ver esta bodega Don Jacovo, que tanto me habían recomendado, y les puedo asegurar que superaron mis expectativas con un excelente, tanto por el trato recibido por parte de Alejandro, y Shara, como la calidad de sus vinos e instalaciones. Son los mejores sin duda.

Un descubrimiento muy grato. Habíamos concertado una visita a la bodega con paseo a caballo y terminamos encantados.
La visita por las instalaciones fue muy agradable y didáctica, nuestra guía fue un encanto y nos explicó todo muy bien y con mucha ilusión que supo transmitirnos.
Posteriormente nos desplazamos para el paseo a caballo por los viñedos que fue espectacular.
Vamos a guardar un buen recuerdo de esta experiencia.
