Great value when booked directly with the hotel. Includes a tour (English available), spa time (reserve in advance ASAP) and excellent buffet breakfast.

What I appreciated is that while some of the details weren’t perfect, they addressed them and found a solution. I was particularly happy with the treatment from Andrea at the front desk.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at your hotel, and I wanted to share what a fantastic experience it was. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted by the phenomenal receptionist, Iria, who provided exceptional service throughout my stay.

Not only was Iria welcoming and professional, but the hotel itself was also a haven of peace and cleanliness. The serene atmosphere created a sense of tranquility that allowed me to fully relax and unwind during my stay. Additionally, the cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable, with every corner well-maintained and spotless.

Overall, I cannot recommend your hotel enough. The combination of Iria's outstanding service, along with the peaceful and clean environment, made my stay truly enjoyable. It's a place where guests can find both comfort and tranquility. I look forward to returning in the future.

The winery we visited during the conference was nothing short of spectacular. The combination of the breathtaking view and the exceptional wine made for an unforgettable experience. Highly recommended for anyone visiting the area!

can say nothing about the hotel but wine is great and it was nice to see the whole process (probably not really different if you come to any other winery though ;) nevertheless if you around consider to visit a rooftop for a glass or two with a nice view 🍷

A beautiful place with a clear business vision and a warm heart for people and our planet. I experienced this during the wine & ceramic tour with the tasting lunch as the icing on the cake. Excellent service, great views also from my room. Really happy i decided to move out of my hotelroom in finca de los arandinos and stay here. So for those also considering both, this is the place to be!

My wife and I spent two nights at the hotel and we love the hospitality and helpfulness extended to us by all the staff. We would like to make a special mention to the night shift receptionist who gave us great dining recommendations and assisted us in our reservations. Another person we would like to mention is Jen (or Jennifer) who patiently repeated the 6.00 pm wine tour in English for us after conducting it in Spanish even though this meant extending her work hours. This was really beyond the call of duty.

One area that the hotel could improve on would be to have the towel hooks positioned closer to the shower cubicle.

You deserve a stay at this fantastic Boderas.
The hosting are way beone good, and the wine.....No words.

Hemos pasado un día en este Hotel con experiencia, comida de autor y Spa.
Desde el personal de recepción hasta los camareros muy agradables.

La vista guiada por las bodegas muy bien explicada por Carmen, yo hubiera preferido aunque es necesario explicar el tema de la alfarería, que le dedicaran más tiempo al vino.

El menú de autor exquisito, todo buenísimo.

La habitación grande, la cama muy cómoda y las vistas inmejorables.

El hotel es original, nuevo, habitaciones amplias, súper limpias. En mitad del viñedo con vistas espectaculares con sus grandes ventanales, spa, gimnasio. A un paseo de pueblo de Navarrete.
El desayuno variado y de buena calidad, soy celiaca y tienen opciones sin gluten. Hemos comido el menú de primavera y también lo han adaptado, estaba todo espectacular.
La visita a la bodega y las explicaciones de Carmen muy didácticas y amenas. Los vinos muy ricos todos y diferentes.
A destacar también la amabilidad y disposición de todo el personal del hotel y restaurante, enhorabuena hacéis un gran trabajo. Esperamos volver pronto y lo recomendaré a todos mis conocidos.

Perfecta, así se podría resumir nuestra estancia en éste hotel.

La visita a la bodega y al museo es muy entretenida, Roxana explica las cosas de maravilla y te hace sentir muy agusto. El resto de personal es igual de servicial y encantador.

Las habitaciones son grandes con limpieza extrema y con todo lo que uno puede necesitar. Camas gigantes, tele gigante, todo perfecto.

El spa, gimnasio y sauna son pequeños pero tampoco hace falta más ya que te lo dejan disfrutar para tí de forma privada durante 45 minutos.

El desayuno muy bueno y con gran cantidad de cosas para elegir.

Tanto si pasas de paso por La Rioja cómo si eres de aquí y quieres ir a desconectar merece mucho la pena.

Visitamos el otro día, una visita muy bonita. Nos gustó mucho. Nos llevamos después de la cata unas cuantas botellas.

Es una experiencia excepcional, la visita a la bodega perfecta, el restaurante de diez, todo el personal inmejorable cafetería, recepción, atención telefónica, tienda.
Cada día se mejoran, se nota que hay un gran líder detrás de todo un empresario y empresaria ejemplares, ENHORABUENA.

Un hotel actual , te da la bienvenida una recepción original , con una habitación muy grande , cama muy cómoda y un baño limpio y moderno.
