Hostal Rural San Andrés

I believe the one negative review here has this Albergue mistaken for another. Hostal Rural San Andrés was a very pleasant experience. Albeit maybe a bit on the higher end cost wise for an Albergue for some, but you get what you pay for. Most definitely the cleanest and nicest Albergue I've stayed at so far on the Camino. Pool is closed for the season, unfortunately, but the clean bathroom and bunk room and hot showers made up for it. Dinner was very good as well. Would highly recommend staying here before pushing on to Logroño.

More than excellent. Fabulous would be a better adjective to describe the hostel, the welcome and facilities.

And the evening meal gets 6 stars for presentation, taste, and quality. Best I've experienced in a hostel ever.

This place deserves 10 stars. After a long, long way you are truly welcomed here. Very, very friendly staff. Hostal offers both shared and single rooms. You can take here a good rest, eat a great dinner, make washing, talk to other people... Come in cielo 😍

Fernando was amazing! He was so nice, he even gives us some chocolate bar at the arrival. I really like the place!

It looks old on the outside, but moden inside. THE POOL WAS AN OASIS! Add the keg beer and was a delightful place to spend the evening. And tge Lomo Secreto was a great dinner choice.

Fernando the hospitalero is really welcoming and helpful. We really enjoyed to chat with him! The albergue is clean and it has all the services needed. Totally recommended!!!

The host was very kind. He kept fussing around and trying to make everything clean and to our satisfaction. That effort was noticed.
