Sidrería El Remo

Beautiful port town. The very fresh seafood for the restaurants here come from the raw seafood shop across the street. We watched our fish being walked over and shown to us prior to cooking. Watching the server pour the cider was an unexpected treat.

Friendly service, amazing quality and generous amount of food deserve the 5*. They are flexible so you can order half dishes.
The terrace is placed at the heart of Cudillero’s amphitheater so the atmosphere is lively.
We tried other restaurants but it became our everyday dining place during our stay in Cudi, so we enjoyed and tasted almost every dish in the menu without any disappointment.

An excellent restaurant in the heart of the lovey village of Cudillero.

What we loved:
- (sea) food, every “racciones” we had was very delicious. We can recommend the baby squid, fried mini fishes (petingras), chorizo in cidre, small mussels
- friendly service and more or less professional

What needs to be improved:
- waiting time for a table was around 45minutes even though they “reserved” us a table.
- cheese cake was not very tasty or did not match our taste.

The prices are higher than usual but for the given value it was a good fit.

We can fully recommend this restaurant.

The cachopo was enormous and really tasty too. The service was friendly and fast also. Cudillero is a spectacular place to visit - definitely stop off if you can.

Easy to summarize: all other restaurants in the square were mostly empty; El Remo had a waiting list. Nothing more to say… 😉 DELICIOUS!

Welcoming and don't treat you like a tourist unlike other places in the village. Good value seafood. Shrewd businessman runs this place by being open when the rest of the village is closed. Make him mayor!

Lovely place. Had seafood soup and tapas (shared ). Food simply presented but excellent in both taste and quality.

Food was really tasty. I highly recommend faves con almejas. Good portion also.

Best fabas con almejas in all of asturias! It literally melts in your mouth. Reserve the dish in advance as they always sell out of it.
