El Convent 1613 Hotel & Restaurant

I could cry I love it here so much.
It's just the most idyllic place, ever.
Attentive staff that go above and beyond, everything was accesible for me (I didn't try in my wheelchair) but all on one level and any steps were achievable for my level of disability. What wasn't accessible the staff made it possible; buffet breakfast served to us downstairs by the delightful member of staff.
Gluten free options available (make sure you mention this when you check in / before so they can meet your requirements - they will and it's so great!).
I hope are fortunate in life to be able to return again and again and get away from the city to this absolute eden.

We had a wonderful stay at this amazing place. Pretty location at the beginning of a historical village that's not too touristic. Nice and clean superior room with private terrace and outdoor furniture. Great breakfast with fresh orange juice and local embutidos. Beautiful garden with attractive pool. BUT THE HIGHLIGHT OF OUR STAY WAS THE CHARMING AND EXCEPTIONAL HOSPITALITY OF PAULA, a problemsolver par excellence. She treated and helped us in a magnificent way. A kind of treatment, full of enthousiasm and kindness, we never had before although we travel already for more than 40 years all over the world. And the hotel and the presence of Paula are the 2 main reasons we like to come back in september. Hasta luego ❤🙋‍♂🙋‍♀

Had a very pleasant lunch. Dining room is airy and spacious, staff are pleasant and helpful and food very good, so much to recommend.

“El convent” ha estat el nostre darrer gran descobrimet. És un edifici històric molt bonic en què els detalls es cuiden al màxim. L’equip humà que hi ha al darrere és encantador i un gran ambaixador de la cultura del Matarranya. Els productes que s’hi ofreixen són de proximitat i respectuosos amb el medi ambient. Sens dubte, és un indret amb molt encant.

Cena para 9 adultos. No estábamos alojados y concertamos la cena desde origen.
El espacio increíble. Tanto el comedor como el hotel al que vendremos pronto.
La cena en sí estupenda destacando el servicio profesional y muy amable y entre los platos la sobrasada, las habitas, el solomillo o el flan.

Un hotel precioso, encantador, desprende paz, tranquilidad, un restaurante súper bonito, vale la pena! fué un regalo para mi marido y le gustó mucho, a mi personalmente me enamoró! Desde luego creo que es una preciosa sorpresa para darle a esa persona especial que uno tiene en su vida!
La chica que nos atendió en recepción muy amable, agradable y competente! Teníamos una de las habitaciones que da al patio de las fuentes y fué fantástico!

En un entorno mágico como el precioso pueblo de La Fresneda se ubica este maravilloso hotel, ideal para desconectar, descansar y disfrutar. VOLVERÉ!!

Pasamos por casualidad. Y nos ha sorprendido muy gratamente. Pesonal súper amable. Nacho Nos a invitado a ver los jardines donde emos tomado unas copas. Relajante tranquilo, súper bien cuidado.

Fuimos a comer y todo genial. Es caro, pero el servicio, el espacio, la comida... La calidad general compensa el precio. Sin duda volveremos. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Una experiencia inolvidable. El lugar es maravilloso y el personal te hace sentir como en casa. Repetiremos!
