Excellent experience, ordered at 2:30pm one day, delivered by 2pm the following. Order was for LED Wall wash lamps, which were good quality and sensibly prices. Overall a great service.

I live in London and ordered some lighting products from Ledkia. They were delivered very fast and I am very happy with both the products and the price. Excellent !!!

This is a beautiful pendant light: three coloured glass globe shades and although we have yet to have this installed it will look amazing with just the right colours to give the perfect ambience.

I purchased two 100W LED dimmable flood lights that although were rated for outdoors use I had them installed internally. The quality was excellent.

When after three years one started playing up I was a little disappointed that it had only lasted three years but when I checked the original invoiced was then very pleased to see that they had been supplied with a five years warranty.

I contacted customer services, who after some understandable due diligence on their side agreed to send a replacement.

Customer Services tracked the replacement all the way and even resolved the minor difficulties that I had with the local courier company.

The quality of the product is important, but even quality products fail, so after sales customer services can be just as important.

Based on my experience I would certainly recommend Ledkia and purchase from them again.

Je tenais à partager un avis par rapport à mon achat sur le site LEDKIA.
Cela faisait un petit moment que je vous remplacer l’éclairage à tube fluo de mon garage automobile par du led mais je ne trouvé ce que je voulais sur internet jusqu’à tomber sur le site LEDKIA.
En effet, j’étais un petit peu hésitant car sur internet nous ne pouvons pas voir les produits en direct mais en appelant un conseiller LEDKIA m’a mis en confiance et j’ai commandé.
Ma commande est arrivée 4 jours après et c’est en déballant la palette que je me suis réjouis d’avoir choisi ces produits.
Le top, très bon rapport qualité/prix.
Et mieux encore quand tout était installé, la différence est époustouflante‼👍
