Without a doubt the greatest restaurant in Valencia if not Espana. Service incredible value for money and the executive chef Manuel makes you feel like you are fine dining in your own house. Cannot recommend it enough.

Exceptional hospitality in every sense... the food is outstanding, the service impeccable and a beautiful setting. Everything is so gentle and welcoming.... it's an joy in every possible way. Highly recommend.

Amazing service! They pour your wine all evening so you dont have to. We chose the experience menu and it was certainly an experience. The presentation of food was superb and the taste was divine! The owner of the restaurant makes an effort to come to your table to speak with you. Very lovely evening, well looked after with perfect food! We even had an Irish coffee which in this area is very rare. Highly recommend!

A bit more up market food than your normal Tapas, different but tasty ,lovely restaurant right on the beach front.

I'm one of the biggest fans of Casa Manolo. we can hardly recommend the daily gastrobar where you have a very nice menu at a low price. Service always top and very friendly. Today we went to the other part of the restaurant as we didn't want to eat the menu. This was disappointing. Service was not fluent and also the dishes where very small. we left with hunger and payed to much for a simple kitchen. we expected way more...Meat and very fish dish where very small, vegetables almost nothing. In 3 bites we where done. We are used to go a lot to restaurants in all categories. I could only except this if it was for half the price. Next time we eat again in there gastrobar...if if there I have to pay 5 euro more pp I wouldn't mind at all because its worth it !

Very good restaurant, very attentive to details. I loved the gaspacho and the special vegetarian options they prepared for us. The fluid chocolate cake with caramel was amazing! Beautiful location on the sea and good service, although a bit too formal.

We ordered the degustation option which turned out to be one of our best culinary experiences. Manwel Alonso prepares his food with flair, dedication and expertise. Service is second to none and if you are lucky enough to face the restaurant's sea view, what better bonus! My biggest regret is not being able to revisit soon coming from another country, albeit, a similar Mediterranean one. Viva Manwel!

A hidden gem on the sea front. The tasting menu was a delight from start to finish, with a great wine pairing and a special visit from Manuel Alonso, the Michellin starred chef.

Superb overall experience. Charming staff, fun reinterpretation of local classics, and great modernist handicraft from the kitchen.

Me quedaría sin adjetivos para este restaurante, simplemente ESPECTACULAR. Solo añadir que en horario de comida tiene una fabulosa vista al mar. Manolo salió a estar con nosotros, un profesional así es difícil de encontrar, si comida de matrícula y su calidad humana espectacular. Un 10

Enhorabuena al cocinero y camarero que nos ha atendido, increíble servicio, comida muy rica, la música… todo. 100% recomendable

Fui con mi familia de celebración y no nos defraudó. Pedimos el menú Calma y nos gustó bastante. A destacar la raya, el cordero y de postre la torrija. Muy merecida su estrella Michelín.
La única pega es que las gambas tenían cilantro y a dos de nosotros el sabor nos resulta insoportable, una pena no haber preguntado.

Excepcional!! Ni un pero. Como siempre. Hoy hemos probado el menú Calma. De los dos platos principales (carrillada y costillar) mejor el costillar. De los entrantes todo perfecto.
Por poner un "pero" la decoración de la mesa con una planta artificial... no es la mejor opción, creo.
Pero con planta o sin ella 😀 volveremos y lo recomendamos.
