Camping Las Lomas

This is a lovely campsite in a stunning location. Great supermarket on site. Lovely hot showers. Bus to Granada takes 35 minutes and literally stops at the campsite entrance. Loads of hiking in the Sierra Nevadas also starting from the site

Lovely campsite with lots of good cycling a d a bus stop outside to Granada and/or the village. Beautiful scenery. Facilities excellent and clean. Some pitches have stunning views over the reservoir and sinks. Good swimming pool and crazy golf. Restaurant has tasty food although a tad expensive for Spain

Excellent campsite, best one we encountered in Spain yet. Facilities exceptionally clean, endless hot water. Pitches are spaceaous and well thought out with separation and tress surrounding them. Pool is big and clean, with nice grass areas to chill around it. Running drinking water everywhere. Friendly reception and free WIFI at the pitches. I can only recommend coming here!

Great high mountain rural campsite ideal base for walking or biking. Lovely views, fab pool for a refreshing dip. Local village 15 minute walk away. Bus service from outside campsite to Granada, only 1.55 euro each way.
Restaurant on site but you will need to book, fresh bread and pastries can be ordered daily and a small onsite shop for essentials. Conveniences clean and
hot showers. Staff very friendly and they speak very good English.

On a bike trip I stayed here for three nights. It’s a well organized camping with beautiful views over the mountains. The village Guejar Sierra is close by and is worth the visit. In front of the camping a bus can bring you in 30 min to the center of Granada (you can even put your bike on the back of the bus). There is a restaurant a well equipped supermarket (with good prices) and the staff is super friendly and flexible. I felt very welcome. Thank you

This was our favourite campsite of the whole trip and we were sad to leave. Fabulous spot up in the Sierra Nevada with a stunning and pretty viewing spot. The facilities are perfect, lovely showers and all attractively laid out. More stunning views from the restaurant. The food was OK but nothing special. If I had any complaint it would be the slightly awkward facility for waste water. I can imagine it could get tricky when very busy, but that's a minor point. This is a special place. Bus stops outside for Granada.

Fabulous campsite with friendly, helpful staff on reception. Great showers with good pressure and lots of hot water and large washing machines only 3 Eur. Amazing views from campsite of mountains and turquoise reservoir. Regular bus service from right outside campsite takes 40 minutes into Granada but great value at 1.55 Euro.

Very nice camping, beautiful views from recreation area, good food in restaurant, very clean and super comfortable toilets and showers. I will definitely come back here if I want to climb Pico de Veleta by bicycle again 🤪🥰

Love It. We cycled down the hill 2 miles, left the bikes and did the fabulous via Verde hike up the Genil river into the mountains. stunning scenery and three restaurants along the route.. Big hill climb back which was ok on an e bike. Showers here are fantastic plus a very good restaurant and wonderful views. oh yes and Granada by bus.

We had pre booked for four days at the beginning of July. We were greeted at reception by the friendly team and told we could go and select our pitch.
In the end we ended up staying for 2 months! Our pitch had views of the lake and mountains, was peaceful and shaded. The pool is fantastic and it’s lovely swimming while looking at blue skies and mountains.
The area is fantastic to tour round, we have a scooter we explore on. We went up to the ski resort, up and down the nearby values and mountains, into Granada. Our weekly shop was done at Mercadona in Granada but the village has a great fruit and vegetable shop and butchers. The campsite shop has a good stick of essentials at reasonable prices.
I really recommend this site, just don’t go when we’re there as we want “our pitch!”

Stayed in a cabin for several days at this mountainside camp ground. The pool and picnic area is grassy and shaded and has beautiful views overlooking the reservoir. Our cabin was well equipped for cooking and very clean when we checked in. Staff was very kind and helpful and all the the facilities seemed well maintained, including a small store that was quite well stocked. Great spot to stay for hiking and visiting the nearby villages, even Grenada, which is only a 20 minute drive.

Really great camp site. Clean facilities, pool for the kids and large tents for rent. Super friendly staff that know English and are there to help. Also clearly eco friendly profile with charging stations for electric vehicles, which is rare for Spain. But most of all, the amazing views and nature surroundings. Worth a visit!

The best campsite we have visited in Spain. Very quite. Great supermarket, average restaurant.

In the middle of the mountains, beautiful scenery and secluded pitches surrounded by hedges. Clean and quiet. Highly recommended.
There's a bus line C32 to the Granada city center right across the road from the camp albeit across a mini highway so be careful. Also an unmarked bus station, but its there just raise your hand when you see the bus approaching. The ride took about 30min in a very clean, new looking bus, not too crowded at around 10am and 9pm, passing through a pleasant forest scenery and crossing the small town of before approaching the city center.

Excellent week in beautiful, peaceful surroundings. Quiet site.
Site exceptionally clean. Toilet/shower facilities always immaculate - cleaned a minimum of 6 times a day.
Reception staff very cheerful and helpful .
Restaurant good service and good food - very reasonably priced.
Pool very busy at certain times but to be expected in school summer holidays. 3pm perfect for a quiet swim. Lovely grassed area around the pool.
Mini golf exceptional value.
Covid regulations adhered to by everyone.
Will definitely return when we've exhausted all the other beautiful places to camp and visit.

Very nice campsite, we had the best view from our camper over looking the lake and mountains, all facilities and perfect connection to the city, bus stops in front of the camping and for a few euros you are in the middle of the city. Little village on walking distance of campsite

Absolutely loved everything about this campsite. Great shower and toilet block, lovely spacious and flat enough pitches, people adhering to the noise rules... (Although that's always a bit of a gamble!)

Lovely swimming pool for those who want to do some lane swimming (20m pool).

Great access to the Sierra Nevada mountains and a bus to Granada, although we didn't go there ourselves.

Also has a lovely onsite restaurant with an affordable menu and quite a lot of choice!

Had a great and friendly reception from the staff who were fluent in English which helped a lot as well. Gave us a lot of information including maps and bus time tables etc.

Think in summer time you'd do well to book way in advance, and even end of September there were only a few spots left.

Beautifull camping place in the mountains at 1100m, kind people, good restaurant, nice swimming pools. A cute place for people who likes simple and natural life.

One of the best camping I’ve been to. It is located on a beautiful hill with view to the lake and a mountain. There is a pool and really nice restaurant with bar. Friendly staff too!
