Bought a ceiling light from Luzete in Alicante only to discover a buzzing sound from the driver. Took it to Luzete in Benissa to see if they could replace/fix - hadn’t realised that they are franchises! But nevertheless Raquel said she would sort it out for us and she did. She was extremely helpful and didn’t have to help us out but went out of her way to solve the problem. We even ended up buying another couple of light fittings from their shop!!! Thanks Raquel.
