We have visited two houses with Clive so far and are delighted with him as a person and his expertise. We feel we are in good hands all round. He takes a lot of time and gives you plenty of time for the viewing, is patient, answers every question and makes the seemingly impossible possible. Nor does he pressurise you into making a decision. Another plus is that we can speak English with him, which is an important advantage for us as our Spanish is not fluent yet. And unlike many other agencies, he responds to enquiries promptly. Even if we haven't found "our" house yet, we are sure that he will continue to do his best to find it. Thank you Clive.

Hemos tratado con ellos una operación de compra venta muy complicada por el tipo casa y sus partes a conciliar y ya tenemos nueva casa.
Con ayuda y asesoramiento a nivel técnico, legal, legislativo, mediación directa junto con Arturo, que para cada caso y para cada paso en la operación ha aportado resolución de conflictos, tramites burocráticos y seguimiento de cada uno de los hilos que comportaba algo tan especial así como el trato directo y cercano.
